> **Pros**: It combines everything you need for your HR \&amp; recruitment team. Onboarding, benefits, to payroll and booking time off all in one place. The end used experience is great for end users and simple to use. This tool can be used to automate onboarding using an identity management platform using low code solution.

> **Cons**: The learning curve to fully utilize the platform for all the solutions offered may be steep and the mobile app is very limited but allows you to easily book paid time off.

> **Pros**: The interface with timecards and scheduling is really easy to learn and teach. We changed the software from Kronos and not much training was required to learn the new platform.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the employees complain about that they are not able to login. Also as a manager I struggle to login if outlook email is open

> **Pros**: I love Business Intelligence and the ability schedule reports and automatically import them through the Web Import Tool.

> **Cons**: We've had several issues with payroll processing (like files not going to the bank due to a server issue with UKG - happens once/month) a lack of customer support (where we feel like we keep getting handed off instead of working together to find a solution). We also have 20+ companies, so moving employees between companies has been challenging process-wise, especially when employees are transferring back to a company they've already worked in before. We also have an issue with workflows overwriting each other, depending on which one was submitted first.

> Generally, I love the foundation of the product. I wish that the customer support was better and server issues weren't a concern. We have found a lot of work arounds for the process issues we have, so do wish more improvements could be made around the core system instead of other modules like Bryte AI. We've only been on UKG for 2 years, so am hoping to see more development in the future. We have received feedback that the user interface is great and employee friendly, so we're curious how the new user experience will change that.

> **Cons**: The breakdown of the hours on the time card can be confusing, but that is more a function of my organization’s convoluted differential rates.
> 
> Overall, the app is easy to use and does what it needs to do without much confusion or bulk. It’s straightforward and an effective scheduling solution for an organization of any size.

> **Cons**: The mobile app was a bit hard to rule out to employees. Always getting locked out and they were in the office constantly to get their password reset.

> From an HR standpoint I really like it. From an employee standpoint they would probably say they dont like it
