Onboarding, benefits, to payroll and booking time off all in one place. The end used experience is great for end users and simple to use. We also have 20+ companies, so moving employees between companies has been challenging process-wise, especially when employees are transferring back to a company they've already worked in before. We also have an issue with workflows overwriting each other, depending on which one was submitted first. > > Generally, I love the foundation of the product. I wish that the customer support was better and server issues weren't a concern. We have found a lot of work arounds for the process issues we have, so do wish more improvements could be made around the core system instead of other modules like Bryte AI. We've only been on UKG for 2 years, so am hoping to see more development in the future.
