"LS Retail is a one stop solution for Retail POS"

Pros: Ease of Use and functionality available on POS. It captures all the essential features required be it related to Replenishment, Loyalty and Member Management, Gift Card, Credit Note on Sales Return

Cons: The discount feature is not robust. It does not offer much usage flexibility and becomes a bottleneck in the current dynamic environment when both brick & mortar establishments with e-Commerce are moving in ahead jointly in such volatile and cut throat retail industry business. The LS offerings in discount is highly lacking in terms of support and are incapable to handle multiple and diverse discount feature processes required in todays time to retain loyal members of different retail brand.

"my experience was good."

Comments: we did very good customization to integrate with our government fiscal printer (cash register machine) and we implement it for 9 stores. the integration capacity is good. we will not worry to get the daily sales transaction form the remote stores.

Pros: the replication and data distribution functionality is very nice. store and membership management also very good.

Cons: the barcode functionality couldn't work for me also there is no enough document about ls retail replenishment. it is not working at all.

"After 7 years working in LS NAV I found it very productive for Retail & Hospitality industries, SMEs"

Pros: End to End solution connection your POS to Ledgers. Same software can use in multiple type of industries, Hypermarkets, supermarkets. Easily customizable, User Friendly.
Omni Channel to use it across all platforms. It is scalable in size and business.

Cons: LS Retail Support and study material is not good. Some of very useful features still missing in the product that required by every industry.

"I am using from LS 4.0 to LS2017 overall is very good but installation need to be easy."

Pros: I am loving this LS Retail from beginning, my big journey with LS Retail and I am certified in LS2013. my most like part is DD, TS, POS setup related all activity. Hardware setup and testing with LS.

Cons: POS, DD, TS, Distribution, Distribution Location and Hospitality, menu Profile setup and Design.
also end of the day process, item setup and user and roles and permission.

"Awesome product"

Comments: Work satisfaction.

Pros: Ls Pay addon that uses for creditcard payment process. and LsOmni . With all these the excellent look and feel of the POS front end look is amazing .

Cons: All can handle by setup and do not need any kind of additional customization . I like the way LsRetail sets up the setup of the whole product.

"THE REAL END-TO-END SOLUTION"

Comments: We are a partner of LS Retail and somewhat not satisfied with the support they are extending to partners like us.

Pros: With LS Retail, you won't have to worry maintaining several systems for your retail, inventory and financial management needs. It's an all-in-one solution for your retail and accounting needs.

Cons: Data director. gives us a lot of headaches. While this is the strength of the system, the issues, bugs and other related concerns attached to it is also its lowest point and dragging the overall performance of the system in the market with large-sized industries. And support sucks also when it comes to questions on data director.

"One solution for the retail challenges"

Comments: I have faced implementation in many stores and once you create one, the rest is easy to replicate and the way you can handle data trough Reporting services lets you see facts in real time.

Pros: The software is very intuitive and solves most of the problems you can find in the retail industry from gas stations to brick & morter retail. Be able to fuse all of this with an ERP as Dynamics makes possible to face critical solutions in real time. In my opinion the most comprehensive solution for retail at this time.

Cons: As any other software with big security features, can be overwhelming to face certain problems in this regard.

"Crear Software"

Pros: Integration with Backoffice makes it easy to have a big picture of all the operation in less time than with other applications.

"LS Retail/Central, NZ experience"

Comments: We are excited about the possibilities that LS will open for us in the retail and hospitality industry in New Zealand.

Pros: The advantages of LS Central are in the ability to configure without code, the flexible architecture to mirror the retail operation and that it is based on very stable, DynamicsNAV / Business Central platform. It also features web integration which supports multi-channel selling.

Cons: Like any enterprise, there is a great deal of configuration required to get the most out of the product. The adopter must recognize the requirement to deploy adequate resource internally to the project. It is also very important to have a good relationship with your LS accredited, implementation partner.

"Weak Customer Support and updates"

Comments: Most the clients are from the retail industry. like

Pros: Good for retail industries. Has most of the options required to run an operation.

Cons: The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place. It look clear that it sits on another application. Some of basic functionality like a stock report is not available. Some of the functionalities are incomplete. There a quite a few bugs which results in waiting for the next patch.

Pros: Many of the functionalities are driven by setup. Its just plug and play.
LS DD Powerful tool for the data replication.
It is a complete package for retail.
Customizations to suit desired needs are 1% maximum since all functionalites are out of the box

Cons: There are no much concerns about this software. The one and only difficulty is training. It is hard to find the Training and the Trainer.
