Comments: After using 5+ POS systems extensively, Speedline ranks as the best to me for one reason: the amount of information it collects. Want to know how many people ordered a cheese bread from 5-6 on Tuesdays in September? No problem. Integrated scheduling and food product information really makes it easy to optimize and manage your labor and food costs. It looks and feels a little archaic at times, and gathering some of the mountain of info it collects can be tricky until you get used to it. Day to day operations are a little redundant, such as having to select a quantity for every single item ordered when 99.9% of the time you are selecting one of each. Back office changes are definitely NOT user friendly compared to other POS systems. Changing a price, adding a coupon, or adding new menu items is very, very difficult compared to other POS. I have never had Speedline "crash" when running reports, which is a common problem with every other POS I have used. The customer support can best be described as unwillingly helpful. It often feels like I am talking to someone that secretly despises me, and sometimes they seem truly apathetic to whatever issue you may have. Overall, if you are the type to make use of back office information, Speedline is a must have. If you are looking for a product where you can do everything yourself, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Pros: Back office information and never crashes.

Cons: Very redundant at times.

Comments: The experience with Speedline has been great, it has allowed us to expand our sales volume and overall business.

Pros: Does a great job of saving customer information, even detailing their total purchase amount to date and their precious orders. There are rarely issues but when there are, the customer service is prompt at resolving it.

Cons: Could have a few more advanced features, like an app dispatch system to help out with delivery efficiency but that's just a bonus feature, everything else is fine.

Pros: This software is a great system when using it daily. They have a great system when selling things and creating orders.

Cons: The software can be a bit of a problem when trying to customize it to your store. I feel that they could do better with the customer customization.

Pros: It seems to work, is fairly user intuitive, so easy to train new staff on it. Can do many things. Easy to design menus with.

Cons: Features take a while to get developed. If you're not a "large" customer with them, your ideas don't mean as much, even when they are good ideas.

Pros: It is really easy to use. Most of the things are step by step and simple.

Cons: Sometimes the program can be glichy but customer support is always very helpful

Pros: easy to use does make the job simpler and convient

Cons: if there is a problem sometimes is a wait calling support but the nice thing is they can remote control the computer to fix the problems
