We are growing pretty fast but we did not encountered any technical problems with the platform because of this ( although it might be expected in this situations ). The integration with our partners was always smooth and most important, very fast. Also, an important point is that, given the traffic volumes that we are running we consider that we got a good deal in terms of pricing. Our business would not exist with a premium priced product. It was also very nice the fact that our suggestions ( that are usually about UI ) are taken seriously and some were implemented.
