The quick ability to go into the "Lucid" mode to draw more complex diagrams and images is great. The team exercises is a brilliant features that helps collaboration massively. > > **Cons**: Permissions and sharing is complicated and it isn't always clear which is the best way to share. Not everyone in our organization has lucid and its sometimes tricky to collaborate. Its possible but you have to use a specific share mode (with password) and so that can cause friction. > > Very positive.
