Best password manager
Comments: Based on the price the value is exceptional. Bitwarden is part of my workflow a long time ago.
Pros:
Beside the fact that Bitwarden is completely open source and validated by security companies, it has a ton of functionality that really improves security at home and within an organization.
Cons:
I can't really tell a lot. Sometimes I had to initiate the sync manually when I had to use the password between devices, but that is usually rare.
Familiar and solid
Pros:
It’s familiarity with an other open source desktop password manager.
Cons:
User management, that you have to accept a user after invitation. Collections vs folders, why not simply call it folders? And please give us owners on collections.
Alternatives Considered: Keeper Security, Zoho Vault and Dashlane for Business
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: At the time and compared to similar products so was the subscription with SSO really affordable
Very Reliable and Secure
Comments:
Overall, my experience has been really awesome. Been using it for 1 and half year and never felt like changing it to other app.
Very secure and all my colleagues can access password from company email.
Pros:
The product is very secure, reliable and gives ease of mind. Its very user friendly and easy to generate really tough passwords and passphrases.
Cons:
The need to authenticate every time i open the app. Its such a pain but considering it stores all the valuable passwords, its understandable.
Very confusing for set up and use
Comments: Very, very frustrating. Also disappointed because I had invested a fair amount of time comparing different password managers and thought this one would work. Instead it turned into a huge waste of time.
Pros:
That it was free - I appreciate that at least I did not lose money when I deleted my account.
Cons:
User interface, help, instructions, etc. very hard to follow for beginner. It was difficult getting started, and I never could find a satisfactory answer on why there are both a web app and a browser extension. There are also mobile and desktop apps. I could not tell if we needed all of the apps installed, and if not, why would we have desktop, web, and extension all on same computer?
Great professional password manager
Comments: Great password manager, easy to roll out across the organization.
Pros:
The ability to seperate personal and work passwords, automatic form fillers, collections to seperate passwords per client.
Cons:
I can't really think of anything to be honest.
Alternatives Considered: 1Password and KeePass
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: Pricing, ease of setup and roll out across the organization, ability to seperate passwords in collections.
Best password manager I've used!
Comments: Great! I'm am so much more organized and secure with my information and passwords after starting with Bitwarden. It's available on every platform I need and easily setup.
Pros:
I love that it's free to get started, and the upgrade is very reasonable, if you end up needing to. I use the password generator all the time!
Cons:
Autosave and autofill work 80% of the time, which is great, but not 100%. I have had times when trying to create a new entry using the browser plugin, that I accidentally clicked off, closing the popup and losing the info I had not saved yet. This has caused frustration more often than I'd like. Editing entries can be tedious, but you are protected from messing with things you want to leave untouched.
Alternatives Considered: 1Password and LastPass
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: Bitwarden, although perhaps not as seamless as other software is much more open about their security implementation. I love the free pricetag with no limit on functionality.
Bitwarden review
Pros:
Bitwarden provides a high level of security and stores all sensitive information locked from external actors.
Cons:
So far, I have not found any downsides to Bitwarden. I hope to keep it that way.
Bitwarden Password Manager
Comments: Excellent. Much better than my experience with my previous product.
Pros:
The ability to use multiple devices and the Autosave & Autofill feature of the Chrome extension.
Cons:
The incomplete version of the Android application, given that it does not suggest logins for every application, which requires me to open the Bitwarden application and copy the credentials from it manually.
The best password manager app
Pros:
All the features and functionality of a password manager in a single app
Cons:
I haven't found anything yet that I don't really like
Very recommended
Pros:
Free version is almost complete. Prices are cheap
Cons:
For my use sincerely i don't have any cons
Toss out your little black book and move to the future
Comments: Overall its a great password manager, I install either the app or a browser add-on onto each of my devices and any new site I create a password for is automatically synced. The ability to easily share passwords with friends, family or colleagues is also a big plus. Its amazing how often I jump on a site and bitwarden tells me I already have a password, that saves me so much time because with several hundred passwords its hard to remember what all I do and don't have passwords for.
Pros:
The fact that I have 300+ passwords and no longer have to keep an excel spreadsheet, use redundant passwords or keep a little black book around. I can access my passwords from any device connected to the internet through a web browser, app or widget.
Cons:
Overall Bitwarden is great, the biggest challenge I have run into over the course of several implementations is teaching people the new workflow to creating passwords. I wouldn't say its a downfall of the software so much as trying to kick the bad habits most people have.
Alternatives Considered: LastPass
Reasons for Choosing Bitwarden: Bitwarden was cheaper, open source and seemed to be more focused on creating a great product vs making money.
Switched From: LastPass
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: Price was a big factor, but overall I wasn't happy with how LastPass tried to move existing features behind new paywalls. They essentially promised the world for free and then after they got you hooked started charging lots of money hoping you were too invested to switch. Bitwarden has all of the same features for a lot less money and seems to be more focused on product development then the bottom line.
Amazing Passwordmanager
Comments: I switched from LastPass about two years ago and i don't miss a thing. The Software is extremely small in size, has amazing encryption options, is blazingly fast and gets updated regularely.
Pros:
It is extremely easy to setup, holds an unlimited amount of passwords (i currently have saved around 400) and let's you create even credit card pre-fills or save Adresses. So i usually can directly login to a website and let Bitwarden fill out everything else with just a few clicks.
Cons:
On mobile devices sometimes Bitwarden's Trigger doesn't work. That's usually when an In-App Browser is used and Bitwarden can't destinct between the shown Browser Page and the App. So in such cases you usually have to go to the Vault directly and copy your credentials to your clipboard.
Extremely Impressed By the Free Product
Comments: BitWarden helps to configure and manage secure credentials on all of the sites that I use. It is highly recommended.
Pros:
After the Password Manager that I previously used switched to a more expensive pricing model, I decided to try BitWarden and I am glad that I did. It has all the security and password management functions I was looking for, including 2FA for account login.
Cons:
It very rarely happens, but sometimes username and password forms cannot be filled as expected. There is a very rare problem and doesn't happen nearly enough to impact my opinion on the product.
Alternatives Considered: Passportal
Reasons for Choosing Bitwarden: LastPass decreased the features of the free product. BitWarden has more functionality then I had with BitWarden.
Switched From: LastPass
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: BitWarden pricing is much more attractive.
Thsi si the password manager we came to when the others failed and haven't looked back since.
Comments: Excellent experience really. We do pay for it to help make it stay and develop. It's so worth it.
Pros:
It's simple to use, easy overview and reliable. All you could hope for.
Cons:
Sync doesn't always seem to update and sometimes it takes a little longer to load the chrome plugin on my mac, but that's it.
Bitwarden - A fantastic password manager that provides a cross platform solution.
Comments: Having used this product for years I could not be happier. As an administrator who works on hundreds of systems it is critical that I have a single source to access all those individual credentials.
Pros:
Cross platform solution that provides password access accross IOS, Windows, Linux, Android and more.
Cons:
I cannot think of a single con with this software package other than we have to depend upon the parent company to live up to its obligation to keep our passwords and data secure. That said they have yet to give a reason to doubt their ability to do so.
Great password management tool!
Comments: I was a bit scared at first to use this password management tool as I was very happy with the previous one but so far it has been great. Importing all the password took just a minute and everything was there. There is a bit of adjustment but once you get the hang of it, there is no going back.
Pros:
The fact that Bitwarden has open-source code and is very clear about their tool and what they are doing. The free option is enough for most people but even the paid version is very cheap for what it offers you. The phone app is great and very easy to use!
Cons:
Compared to some other password managers, Bitwarden doesn't always recognize when a new password is created and therefore doesn't offer to save it automatically.
I don't know why you'd use anything else?
Pros:
For a start it "just works" and that's a baseline for any software I use. It works on my desktop, laptop (both Apple) and my phone (Android). It uses biometrics on the devices that have it. Oh, and it's free. Really hard to find a reason not to love it!
Cons:
Really can't think of anything? I use it all day, every day. It's part of my workflow. I've been using password managers for over a decade (at least) and paid for many different ones. But now I don't have to. Thanks Bitwarden team!
Bitwarden for peace of mind
Comments: Very happy with the ease of use and features.
Pros:
Bitwarden is there when you need a password, on mobile or laptop. Just remember your master password and Bitwarden does the rest.
Cons:
Its a pity we need passwords, but we do. Bitwarden makes it simple.

Centralised Password Manager
Pros:
Bitwarden is extremely easy to use across all my devices, my phone, on the browser and on any application that I want. My top favourite features are autofill, 2FA, and that it can automatically match URLs based of several methods such as host/domains.
Cons:
The baseline of bitwarden security is on a master password for encryption, so in case you loss or forget the password there is no way of recovering it. This puts more emphasis on remembering and securely storing your master password.
Bitwarden does the majority of what I'd like it to do
Comments: I am very happy that I chose this product, and that it is free! It has been a very reliable option for my business.
Pros:
It can be logged in from the web and through a widget, so I can work across multiple computers and still have access to all my passwords.
Cons:
Autofill does not always pick up, based on how some sites are designed.
Useful tool to manage and share your passwords
Pros:
You can quickly find what you're looking for because the interface is simple and well-organized. Even if you can create as many folders as you like (which is useful for managing different projects), the search box will help you find whatever you need without needing to scroll further.
Cons:
So far there's nothing I disliked about it. I don't use it every day, but when I do everything goes smoothly.

Online Password Manager
Comments: Incredible online data vault
Pros:
Ease of generating single password to control cloud data.Cloud Data syncing.File sharing via unique generated links.
Cons:
We are thankful to the vendor for this great discovery.

The Only Password Manager You Should Be Using
Comments: I have nothing but great things to say about Bitwarden. I have tried many password managers and while most I tried were usable, they didn't feel complete, either because of the feature set or because of the pricing. Once I found Bitwarden, I haven't wanted to look anywhere else since.
Pros:
-Price -Features I mean, those are really the two main points people look for when determining their password manager, right? The price is unbeatable; if you're just using it for yourself, it's free. Free gets you every creature comfort feature you would pay top dollar for elsewhere, such as multi-device syncing and apps across all of your devices. The features are second to none. They have everything you would get from Lastpass and more. The interface is also top-notch. Lastpass is a jumbled nightmare after you've used Bitwarden. I also installed Bitwarden on mobile and it works flawlessly and is such a lifesaver. The other major thing to point out is that it's open source, meaning that it's more secure than most as it's audited by other regularly, unlike Lastpass where ne'er-do-wells want to break in, coding saints look over you when you're using Bitwarden.
Cons:
Honestly? Nothing. Even if you need to pay for their premium packages, they're dirt cheap, coming in at $10/year for an individual or $40/year for 6 people.
Open source password management that works everywhere
Comments: Secures our password usage within the company, allowing us to securely share credentials in appropriate cases. Also encourages users to better secure they're accounts.
Pros:
Password management without the commercial question marks that other tools entail. Solid functionality and active development.
Cons:
Difficult to work with multiple accounts. They're working on this - the desktop client currently supports this, but the browser extensions do not.
Alternatives Considered: LastPass and Dashlane for Business
Reasons for Switching to Bitwarden: Open source, familiarity, team choice

Bitwarden for keeping your passwords safe
Pros:
Bitwarden is an easy to use Password Manager. It generates secure passwords to be used during logins online and offline. It also offers mobile application and browsers extensions. While on a browser, the auto complete feature is very useful, since it identifies the website and the login form and automatically add username and password.
Cons:
For mobile devices it has difficult to auto complete the login forms for when using a browser apps like Chrome. This is due to Android limitations but directly impacts on the user experience. In these cases it is common to copy passwords using the clipboard, which is not ideal, since other apps can read the content of it.
