Great lead Generator

Comments: Great process setting up and very easy to work with

Pros:

The plugin for chrome is great and allows us to search LinkedIn without sales nav, saving tons of money. Most of the contacts are valid and active.

Cons:

Some bugs and glitches often will get inactive contacts.

Unethical Business Practices

Comments: Incredibly negative. Lead quality was not that good, conversion rates were dismal, and customer support just want your money.

Pros:

Decent range of connectivity and a large database that is partially correct.

I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience with Seamless.ai in hopes of sparing others from a similar nightmare. My interaction with this company has been nothing short of a complete disaster, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.I initially signed up for Seamless.ai's services with high hopes of leveraging their platform to enhance my business. However, my expectations quickly turned into a harsh reality when I decided to cancel my account after a mere 8 months of use. To my disbelief, I was met with a barrage of obstacles designed to ensure that I would be locked into a costly and unnecessary contract.The first shock came when I contacted their customer service to initiate the cancellation process, only to be informed that it was not possible without incurring significant financial penalties. Apparently, there was a clause buried deep within their agreement that dictated a 90-day window for cancellations. This crucial piece of information was not made apparent during the initial sign-up process and felt like a deliberate attempt to trap customers like me.I firmly believe that any reputable company should allow its customers the flexibility to cancel their services at any time, especially when the service isn't meeting their needs. Seamless.ai's refusal to grant this basic freedom is a glaring indicator of their lack of concern for customer satisfaction as well as their lack of faith in their own product.

Seamless is a standout product.

Comments: I have known about seamless for quite some time and have recommended it over and over again to many clients and business owners across the states. I was thrilled to get an opportunity to leverage it for our business. Due to our very niche offering, we couldn't fully utilize the value of the intent feature. After some exploring, we discovered it was not a seamless issue. Aside from that small hiccup, i have to say the best part of seamless was the customer care they provide. Special shout out to [sensitive content hidden] for taking a lot of time to work with my organization to provide not only training, but best practices to generate the best results possible with the features that did pan out for us. That experience is what will keep me shouting the good graces of seamless. If the Seamless leadership checks these comments, please know you have gems with these two gentlemen.

Pros:

Ease of use customer service innovation customer service (deserves to be mentioned twice)

Cons:

Great product, did not work well for us as a very niche business.

Shady business with auto renewing contracts

Comments: Absolutely horrible, their customer service is absolutely garbage and they don't help at all.

Pros:

When we initially purchased it seemed to work well but after a few weeks we realized that you have to scroll through hundreds of pages since it lists about 25 contacts for the same company per page. It's a horrible system and waste of money

Cons:

The search functionality is utter garbage and shows far too many of the same companies per page.

Would not recommend

Comments: Always get an answer on the sales line never on the customer service side. Called to cancel service was told I was all set then charged again for it and then told sorry you need to submit written request.

Pros:

Nothing at all. I would not use this product for any reason moving forward.

Comments: Overall, I am really pleased, this has allowed me to do in minutes what would have taken days in the past. I am fairly new but I am expecting at least a handful of new clients in the next 30 days.

Pros:

This thing is really cool and super intuitive. Mostly I love how much time it saves on prospecting.

Cons:

As a smaller free-lancer I'm not stoked on the price but thats just because I'm boot-strapping a little. Its honestly fair if not generous for the features and capabilities.

Comments: I am able to generate leads in seconds and not only find one point of contact but several to choose from.

Pros:

Features that are the most important is for me to be able to import into Salesloft, and have the information downloaded in seconds, by integrating with chrome.

Cons:

What I think you guys can work on, is getting more accurate info some emails are invalid or have old numbers from 6-10 years ago. Some companies dont have any info.

Comments: On a team of Sales Development Representatives, we are searching for the best clients to work with and for contacts at those companies that make marketing budget decisions or influence those. While LinkedIn is the best place to search for those contacts, Seamless makes it incredibly easy to locate their contact info and get it properly imported into Salesforce.

Pros:

Seamless makes the process of finding a leads contact info and entering it into our CRM (Salesforce) as easy as two clicks. And you can bulk-import an entire list (from a saved search in LinkedIn Sales Nav for example), or just select one person at a time.

Cons:

Sometimes (very seldom) emails are not found or are not correct. But they are more correct and in there more often than any other product of its type I've used (hunter.io, Rocket Reach, etc).

Good leads for a good price

Comments: Seamless has been great for getting contacts. Even with filters set high for scoring I end up only taking about 1/3 of the leads I purchase after really digging into the data and validation status.

Pros:

Seamless is an endless database and I have been pulling leads daily. Lots of filters to really hone down on the data you need.

Cons:

Missing a huge mark on the filters, need to be able to exclude contacts that have already been downloaded. This is offered with other companies. Not having this will likely have me end my contract after one year. It gets too complicated keeping track.

Comments: It's helped my team expand their book of business exponentially, and therefore we're booking more meetings than ever.

Pros:

It enables us to create contact lists with ease and ensure that we are getting high quality data, not wasting precious emails in inboxes that will never be seen.

Cons:

It can have some lag and get stuck sometimes, but it is usually resolved fairly swiftly.

Comments: The experience is good, it makes my prospecting very easy. Though they claim it is AI-generated and double-checked email IDs, I still get bounces. They also sometimes provide same percent of validation for two different email IDs

Pros:

The chrome extension that helps to easily import LinkedIn leads in a single click is a very helpful feature of the product.

Cons:

The database of the tool isn't as accurate as Zoominfor for the US region

Comments: trying to increase lead generation by name and market.

Pros:

Purchasing and executing was the easiest with Seamless AI. I liked that the account mgr understood my need and provided an option for me to get the most out of our licenses.

Cons:

Customer support - when I reach out for help, I don't need a canned response. I don't think you really understood the issue. emailing back and forth, I even indicated the need for a conversation, was useless. Also, we use this for lead generation and it appears to loose the validity of contacts significantly when filtering and that is the only option available when speaking to support-that and watch this video....which I already did. Nonetheless, if the validity decreases 80% with filters and our CRM, I'm not sure we find the overall value. Sad because I see potential

Pros:

The cost/benefit of this tool is one of its standout attributes. The data accuracy is as good if not better than all the other competitors I have used.

Cons:

On occasion, there are hiccups in the platform which require logging back in and refreshing, or even waiting for a bit to run search. There is also some learning curve with the auto-populate for Company Name searches.

A Good contact database tool

Comments: Because of the cost of the tool and the validity of the contacts found in the tool, I have mixed feelings about seamless.ai. In order to compete in the future, they will need to add more and more features.

Pros:

It's simple to locate the prospect's contact information. Its seamless integration with the sales navigator has made it simple to locate the contact information (email and phone numbers) for the vast majority of sales navigator contacts. It also includes information on the company's technology, location, description, news, and signals, as well as contact information.

Cons:

Emails from seamless have a high bounce rate, and direct dials are hard to come by. It's very expensive when compared to other database competitors.

Comments: One of the best data tools you can use today especially if your covering US region.

Pros:

1. Easy to understand. 2. The entire software tool is simply just mind-blowing.

Cons:

There's not much to the negatives. Maybe if the data kept refreshing every 30 days it would be great to avoid any stale data.

Comments: Seen major improvements to our business development department's ability to have real conversations and drive sales as a result of having the right contacts.

Pros:

Love the ease of use and the simplicity by which I am able to find the right contacts and add them directly to my CRM. Always leave Seamless.AI with utmost satisfaction. I am a raving fan!!

Cons:

I think sometimes there are contacts whose information is not accurate. I do believe that this will always be the case as some people just like to stay hidden.

Very Un-impressed

Comments: Still waiting on training, Account Manager who sold the system quit with no-one taking their place to provide scheduled training for team, had to reschedule. I am hit up by AE's and BDR's via email and phone, they don't realize I am a customer. Appears that the dashboard is filled with useless upsells. Hate to say it but you get what you pay for (and that is questionable in the case of this tool).

Pros:

Companies do appear when searching them, they have no information on them but they are in the DB

Cons:

Oh where to begin... Poor onboarding Lack of support and turnover Lack of data (little to no phone/email capture on contacts, locations not having addresses or phone) Poor organization of data, contacts not in any logical order (first/last name, function, hierarchy) Extensions created are glitchy, Advertises connection to CRMs however when looking at contact record within CRM the Chrome extension doesn't take you to its own data on that contact Non intuitive UI, performing a search on a company it pulls up results, then you have to select the company and hit search again That's all I have for only one week of use.
