Worst withdrawal experience

Comments: Im a super patient person, but since losing my hard earned money for a project, i decided i'd encourage others to stay away from this platform. It's been three weeks since i could have received a project payout, and im still getting "waiting for information" updates as there some "payment provider issues" which basically explains nothing. Expect to be ghosted from support unleast you chase them constantly enough, and still would meet another fresh person picking up your case. What a shame

Sluggish support that solves nothing but just wastes your time, constantly changing hands of people responsible for your case Awful withdrawal options

Easy to use and time-saving payment management tool.

Comments: It's been time-saving and comfortable for me to use. I only have to set the fixed payments and the periods, once that's done I only have to review and approve.

Pros:

It sends reminders and alerts to all employees and admins about the next pay-day coming soon. It sets up everything very easily just for approvals and payments.

Cons:

It has an option to enter/request time off but it doesn't apply the discounted days or deductions even though it's established that is an unpaid time off.

Pros:

One thing I like with deal is it’s ssl security which gives me a peace of mind that both my information and assets are secure. The user interface is easy to navigate and it gives multiple withdrawals options that basically suits anyone anywhere.

Cons:

Ver good customer support although there is still room to improve the ETR.

Pros:

overall the app. It has good features, good AI chat bot, CS and easy interaction. Has small glitches which is understandable as you haven't met my team of developers :D (jk)

Cons:

I did not find any data security specifications within holding my card information against cyber attacks. I would like some info on that :) thanks also Im from CR and here the banks rejects a lot of transactions but your agents know this is a recurrent issue, therefore build a list of success stories please and share it as, I every new Deel's joiner would appreciate a small intro with the info they can count in with. Also in benefit to educate your public, can gain more trust and long term clients. Thanks for reading :) Pretty cool team!

So easy, so straight-forward, and payout is so quick compared to the traditional methods!

Comments: I have only used it for a few weeks, but it has impressed me greatly so far. I love how clean the design is, and it's so easy to navigate pages between invoicing, contracts, etc. I also love that there is a section where you can talk to someone about tax advice!

Pros:

I really appreciate their integration with Revolut, as receiving international payments from my US employers can sometimes be so tricky. Things like their banks charging fees, trying to exchange into another currency, or simply taking days to go through can really make the process hard, but with Deel it is so straightforward, and I can cash out straight to my linked Revolut account.

Cons:

I think there could be more help explaining sections of contracts to foreign employees. US contracts are very different to the UK ones I am used to signing, especially when related to tax, so a little help understanding what certain jargon means would go a long way.

Comments: I'm having a positive experience, I've been impressed by the speed and ease of use of the app.

Pros:

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

Cons:

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

Comments: My overall experience is a an awesome one, the onboarding, pay out, document managing and frankly all the options are groundbreaking. I think Deel is at the forefront of internationl employee management.

Pros:

I like mostly being able to upload all verificatio documents in a smooth, easy process, the onboarding capabilites are genuine, the option to receive your payouts in cryptocurrencies, to a bank account, or to several choices is just groundbreaking.

Cons:

I cant say I dislike anything about Deel, maybe an area of opportunity would be tutorial videos on how and what documents are allowed help some.

Amazing platform

Comments: Simple and easy, it has option to include MFA to ensure a good level of security and easy to integrate with other banks account.

Pros:

Amazing platform to use when you need to create contracts to work abroad. It is easy to use and display all relevant informations that you must have when you have a work contract.

Cons:

I'd like Deel to include inside, their own plaform with reduced fees, just to avoid a third party global accounts, necessary to reduce fees. Why not a full fledge app and what if this app offered better options to avoid fees altogether?
