Pros:

- The application performs exceptionally well in all scenarios. - It offers a comprehensive range of integration options. - It genuinely provides augmented reality functionality.

Cons:

Before purchasing, we asked for a trial and that period could be more than 14 days.

Comments: In general very good, with some negative experiences as stated above.

Pros:

Simplified layout, cloud based application. Working with rooms. Video call quality, file sharing, ability to take control of the remote device to take pictures. Quick sharing of call invitations & links to calls contents.

Cons:

Some issues with stability on some devices. Loss of communication during calls, sometimes the device could reconnect, sometimes complete restart of the device was required. This could be generated by the device and not by the VSiight Remote app itself...

Comments: Great tool, have saved my day a feel times.

Pros:

Vsight has the missing tools on other platforms, TEAMS or WhatsApp for example.

Cons:

We miss a chat function with the mobile app user, when not in a call. PC application should also be able to call/add a user on mob app.

Comments: We have just introduced vSight-Remote and are not so experienced now but our technicians like the system already and it´s really helpful for diagnostic. The support from the sales representatives was really great througout the complete test-sessions and even now.

Pros:

The connection to customer is very stable, even with bad Internet-access. Translator is very helpful for international communication

Cons:

To get to a meeting or REMOTE-access is bit tricky and you have to cross through some pages to send the link. As we use the REMOTE for business-cases I would appreciate an easier access with one center-button and without the need to change pages.

VSight helped us solve long-lasting maintenance issues

Pros:

With the help of VSight we managed to decrease the maintenance costs of our production sites - now most experienced tech guys manage breakdowns and incidents remotely with the hands of on-site workers. Overall it was an awesome process change, it's impossible to imagine our team going back to how we worked before.

Cons:

IMO the product would benefit after having a touch of experienced designer here and there

Comments: It's a software that is as simple to use as a basic application but does serious work. I had experience working with someone who was abroad on a piece, it was great.

Comments: wir haben es 1 Jahr genutzt aber in unserem Bereich leider wenig genutzt was aber nicht am Programm liegt. Bei den Tests und Vorführungen hat es immer tadellos funktioniert

Pros:

Es gibt eine APP, das einrichten für jede Sitzung ist einfach und schnell, die Kosten sind vollkommen OK, jede Sitzung kann im nachhinein bearbeitet werden und abgelegt werden.

Cons:

das die 3d Modelle nicht gut Dargestellt werden ( nur Schwarz oder Weiß ) es wäre super wenn man die Modelle aus der CAD direkt importieren könnte.

Pros:

Permite realizar reuniones remotas con rapidez, seguridad y facilidad. Esto permite a las empresas conectarse con sus equipos de forma rápida y eficiente, reduciendo el tiempo de inactividad y permitiendo a los equipos trabajar más productivamente.

Cons:

En ocasiones es difícil de usar. En ocasiones la aplicación no se sincroniza con el dispositivo, lo que dificulta su uso. Además, la aplicación no es tan intuitiva
