Interacta a powerful tool for smart collaboration

Pros:

The flexibility to build the process you need. It is very easy to customize based on your specific needs.

Cons:

I think that it could be important to open the environment to suppliers or customers in order to create a single point of collaboration between company's stakeholders

You must have it in your plant

Comments: very positive.
we share problems and solutions and this allows to improve knowledge and skills

Pros:

It's user friendly and very smart to use. People are satisfied and grateful to use it. Communication improved a lot in all the plant hierarchy

Cons:

I suppose that it would be better if the administrator could create the flows independently. Today we must call the Interacta customer service

Lean

Comments: Interacta is very easy to use and gives the workers a big support to focalize on the priorities and to share the information.

Pros:

User friendly, social, real time, well structured, flexible and customizable

Cons:

To be more effective it's very important the integration and the cmmunication with the other systems. This is sometimes a problem, not because of Interacta, but for costs and timings requested by IT dept.

Project based social network

Pros:

Interacta became right after the setup the place to go for all the information about the project: updates, issues, pictures and so on all found their place under the interacta roof. We've used it for multiple projects and we've always found it usefull.

Cons:

Convincing my clients to switch from email based comunication to Interacta was initially harsh, but after the initial phase all went smooth

Comments: I use it mostly to interact with colleagues and to look the improvements of the develop graphic team.

Pros:

I like the way how integrates with google services like drive, the mobile interface and the look of the gallery.

Cons:

It's a bit slow loading on boot and login.

Pros:

We started using Interacta adressing knowledge managment but we recognize very soon that it is very flexible and multifaceted

Cons:

Just a few "breaks" in UX that we reported to support team having back a prompt feedback

Actually, Nothing. Really! Being a product that has been customized, there was a direct feeling and we didn't any particular need anymore.

Un strumento che ha davvero migliorato i processi di comunicazione e collaborazione in azienda!

Comments: Oggi Interacta è lo strumento principale con cui i dipendenti e i collaboratori esterni comunicano e condividono informazioni.

Pros:

La modalità con cui le informazioni vengono condivise per supportare i processi di business. Abbiamo coinvolto tutte le reti commerciali dell'azienda in questo progetto con ottimi risultati.

Cons:

E' uno strumento completo anche se migliorerei l'interfaccia per renderla più moderna.

Comments: In generale l'esperienza complessiva con Interacta è molto positiva.

Pros:

La possibilità di personalizzare i vari workspace e selezionare le persone da inserire, creando vari sottogruppi tematici e territoriali. La parte di repository è stata altrettanto utile.

Cons:

L'aspetto che mi è piaciuto di meno è stato il fatto che i post non si vedano in ordine cronologico e ogniqualvolta ci sia un nuovo commento per esempio un post pubblicato giorni prima torni tra i primi nella home.

Flessibilità e adattabilità

Comments: il team di vendita e sviluppo ha saputo guidarci magnificamente e la relazione diretta con loro anche durante l'uso quotidiano è indubbiamente un differenziante che garantisce sicurezza e affidabilità

Pros:

tutto il processo di attivazione e implementazione è stato supportato dal team che ha saputo raccogliere le nostre necessità e adattare l'ambiente a queste. l'interfaccia estremamente intuitiva a permessa a tutto il team di entrare subito nell'operatività con una formazione minima e pochissimo impatto sulla tracciatura dei task quotidiani

Cons:

essendo la piattaforma adattabile alla totalità delle funzioni aziendali ci possono essere alcune funzionalità non disponibili out of the box ma che possono essere implementate con sviluppi custom secondo le necessità specifiche
