When I wanted some support, it was hopeless. The representative put up a barrier by requiring a separate set up before doing anything. The steps needed are listed, but one step is not on their website, meaning you are blocked from getting any support. When I pointed out their error, I was ignored. They describe their representative as "customer success". What they mean is "customer successfuly fobbed off".
