Integrations are extra. > > **Cons**: It wasn't easy to decipher what info you were downloading in reports. Memtime also does not sync across multiple devices. The customer service was shocking. I was not aware that when my subscription ended I would no longer have access to the data I had on the app which seems ridiculous as I was paying every month for it so surely the data belongs to me. > > I would not recommend Memtime and I am now using completely free autotracking software. They plan on signing you up for 2 years into a rolling contract. They don't send out any notification that the contract is up for renewal. They simply send out an invoice and take the payment straight away. I stopped using the software after a few months and never realised I am still in a contract. Even their terms and conditions state that a payment reminder is sent and no emails are sent. If you check online, other users have the same issue. After 1 week of trying to get a refund of €240\!\!\! they keep saying no. They are not interested in having happy customers or happy "ex" customers\! I think that in today's word its fair to bill your customers for using your software, and many solid companies do it its way.
