No More Headaches!

Comments: Software programs should make your life easier - helping you work more efficiently, stayorganised, or simply bringing joy into your day. Parkable ticks all of these boxes!Very soon after implementing the software, the benefits were realised. Parkable’s softwarehas reduced the amount of time I spend on car park administration, freeing me up to focuson more important tasks. Our staff are having a much more enjoyable morning parkingexperience which is setting a better tone for their day.

Pros:

As someone who was regularly having to deal with the pain of manually managing employee parking for quite some time, I’m so glad my company made the decision to implement Parkable. I worked with the Parkable team on the implementation and was really impressed by how straightforward and simple they made the process.Parkable’s app makes it super easy for our employees to book and pay for parking at our premises.As an administrator, the system basically runs itself. The reporting suite makes iteasy to see how often our parking spots are being utilised and understand how much of ourparking cost we’ve offset. The revenue is paid into our account monthly without a hitch!

Cons:

Our employees were a little apprehensive about using a new system but Parkable’s changemanagement programme engaged our whole team and prepared them to use the app’sfeatures fully.

Ease of Parking at your fingertips via your mobilephones

Pros:

Being able to quickly lookup an available `parking slot and get your parking sorted without worrying if you would get a parking or not if you reach there. Lot of parking places available whereever you go.

Cons:

At times, people do occupy your booked parking slots and there should an IoT based approach where you do get notified about other available slot. Again this happens say once in blue moon to a user but does happen. Also, reminding the user to pay-up the parking as soon as they end session would be better rather than forcing them to pay when try to make another booking.

Great benefits to our staff and admin team

Comments: We want to deliver an easy seamless system to manage our pooled car parks. Parkable is easy to use and efficient. Staff can reserve a park in advance, and drive in from home knowing there is a park for them, and everyone gets fair access to the pool.

Pros:

Parkable's on-line reporting system allowed us to get rid of time-consuming manual processes for managing the car park, saving us hours of admin time. We’ve also found the customer care experience from Parkable to be quick and efficient.

Cons:

Parkable would be even better if there was a feature to support carpooling as a greener way to commute.

The best parking management system! SO EASY TO USE!

Comments: We have a combination of stacked and solo parking spaces. Some spaces are allocated, and others are available for staff to use as they need. We implemented parkable to optimise our parking utilisation and improve our staff experience. The tandem parking features have been particularly game-changing. The app connects tandem parking buddies to coordinate their leaving times using in-app messaging. This means I don’t need to be a liaison!The bay-sharing feature means that allocated parkers have their space reserved when they need it and can make it available to colleagues when they don't. This has allowed us to maximise the utilisation of our limited parking. I genuinely enjoy working with the Parkable team! I really appreciate that they go the extra mile for their customers.

Pros:

I have been using Parkable for nearly a year and only have good things to say!In the admin panel, I can see the status of each bay and the assigned parker in real time. I love that from one place, I can share bays on behalf of the allocated parkers, easily book visitors' parking, and open the gate from my desk. I also love that I don't have to manually assign people to a parking spot anymore, it has saved me hours of unnecessary work daily!As a user of Parkable I love that I get real time notifications when there is a park available, as well as in advance booking confirmations which makes it easy to plan my commute to work for the following week. The team at Parkable is incredibly supportive and swiftly responds to our questions. The technical team consistently makes improvements to the software and adds new features, enhancing both the admin and parker experience.

Cons:

All our parks are stacked, which is a challenge to manage without a system. Parkable's tandem parking feature set allows users to be connected with their buddy in-app to coordinate their leaving times and avoid being blocked in!Sometimes our parking stackers need to be taken offline for maintenance. Using the admin panel, I can make these bays unavailable for these occasions. The availability is fed through to users in real-time so they know if there’s space for them to use or not.

Comments: The concept of having a permanent spot while being able to share it when not in use is a fantastic idea. Overall, using the app has been very straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for everyone in the office to navigate. It's a step in the right direction for managing parking efficiently at our workplace.

Pros:

Using Parkable at Ojifs for our office parking has been excellent. The user interface is seamless and user-friendly. The onboarding process was exceptionally simple, and the Parkable team has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable and innovative parking solution. I have an allocated car park waiting for me at the office and when I’m not coming in, I share it with my colleagues - I love the concept.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about the system; it delivers on its promises.

Perfect solution for workplace managers!

Comments: Before going live with Parkable, we tested the app with a small user group. We received positive feedback which gave me and our team the confidence to go ahead with the full implementation at our South Australia office.It was really easy to implement Parkable. The Customer Success team guided me through configuring the platform to match our set up and then provided all the resources I needed to roll out the system to our users! They’ve continued to provide prompt, friendly, and professional support whenever I’ve needed it. We’ve now expanded our use of Parkable to our Sydney office, and they are loving it too!

Pros:

I really enjoy using Parkable! I check into the admin panel daily to see our parking spaces, bay allocations, and occupancy. I love that the system covers tasks I would usually have to do, freeing me up to focus on more important projects! As an example, the Parkable system takes stock of our parking availability and automatically allocates all our spots for the week ahead among our employees in a fair way! This maximises our parking utilisation, and has allowed us to open up car park access to more employees.

Cons:

Before Parkable, only people with allocated parks could access our parking. This meant spaces were often sitting empty when people were working from home, off sick, or on holiday. Now, allocated parkers can share their spot on days they’re not using it via the app! This makes parking more accessible and equitable! The admin dashboard takes a little bit of getting used to finding your way around, but once you've done it a few times it is easy to use.

Fantastic system for managing staff and visitor parking!

Comments: Parkable enables our company to maximise parking utilisation, save lease costs, and provide the best parking experience to our employees and visitors. It would be a struggle to go back to life before Parkable!Both the app and admin panel are super easy to use. Our employees favourite features are allocated bay sharing, sharing reminders, and future booking. But, Parkable is regularly releasing new features and improvements that continue to impress us!

Pros:

I’m super happy we implemented Parkable. Not only does it vastly improve our staff’s commuting and parking experience, but it also removes manual parking management work! The system makes staff parking self service, automatically resolves problems, and provides me with full visibility of our parking activity! We also use Parkable’s visitor system to schedule the use of our guest parks. It’s really easy to see when the spots are in use and book another visitor around this. Visitors receive an invitation email that includes all the info they need to find our office and their designated spot!One of the things I love the most about Parkable is the team behind it! Changing processes is hard usually but the Parkable implementation process was so smooth because of the onboarding team. The communications templates, training, and support collateral they provided set us up for success! The team has continued to support us as required ongoing too.

Cons:

Before we implemented Parkable I was manually managing staff parking requests and allocated parking spot use schedules. This took up a lot of time and was really complicated! Parkable came in and removed all of that pain. There are limited parking options around our office. With Parkable, more of our employees can park on-site so they come in more often and are happier!

Comments: The team at Parkable is incredibly supportive and responsive to our questions and queries. They consistently update the software with improvements and new features, enhancing both the admin and app experience. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism and genuinely enjoy working with the Parkable team - they are friendly and always go the extra mile!

Pros:

I have been using Parkable for over a year now, both as a user and an admin, and it has been an absolute lifesaver!As an admin, my plate is already full with multiple ongoing projects. Having a system that automatically manages our car parks and provides me with complete visibility of the operations is a dream come true! It means one less project for me to worry about; I can simply set it up and forget it, knowing that everything is being taken care of.As a user, I can easily open the app, share my parking spaces with my colleagues, and even recoup some costs for the days I'm not using them. This is a significant advantage for our staff, as they only pay for the days they actually utilise the space.

Cons:

I haven't encountered any negatives so far, but honestly, I wish we had implemented this system earlier! Before Parkable, managing our parking was a major challenge, and it was unfair to everyone involved.While I sometimes have questions and need help understanding how certain new features work (as we used to have someone else overseeing Parkable), the team has been incredibly helpful! They always take the time to provide support whenever I need it and offer comprehensive guidelines on how to navigate the system.

Love parking with Parable

Pros:

Availability of multiple spots around the locations that I need to park. Comparatively the cheapest parking service. Car parks are secure. App is easy to use and is aesthetically pleasing.

Comments: I can carpool to the city with my family and it provides easy, comfortable transport for us.

Pros:

The app is easy to use and provides convenience to me.

Cons:

It only allows you to book a day in advance. There is no easy link to customer support when you need help. It would also help if we can enter the size of our car so we don't get assigned a small space.

Great Solution to parking headaches

Comments: We introduced Parkable to our workplace towards the end of 2022. The implementation process was smooth thanks to the dedicated Customer Success Manager. She tailored the training and change management program to our needs, ensuring everybody felt prepared to use the new system on launch day! They’ve continued to assist us with extra resources and support.

Pros:

Before introducing Parkable, I spent a significant amount of time managing our staff parking. Now, those tasks are automated, freeing me up to focus on more important things. When I go into the admin panel, I find it easy to get a snapshot of current parking activity and dig deeper in the reporting suite too.

Cons:

The Customer Success and Technical teams have been responsive to feedback and suggestions. They’re constantly improving the software and adding new features!

Great Parking App

Comments: Overall, everything else is sensational, marking it easy to find and arrange parking.

Pros:

Easy to use, convenient and affordable. Gate access via app is terrific.

Cons:

1. When on a waiting list, sometimes I only get accepted on the day of and charged immediately, despite by that time having not made plans to drive in based on prior non-confirmation.2. When parking is accepted on the day of reservation, charge is immediate upon acceptance, it would be great to be able to cancel your park and be refunded if cancelled within say 5-10 mins.

Parkable is great!

Comments: The customer support team is top-notch, always quick to respond to any questions I have and providing helpful solutions. They have also been very responsive to feedback and suggestions, constantly improving the software and adding new features. The problem resolution feature is also great, if someone is parked in my spot the app will automatically reallocate me a spot at the click of a button.

Pros:

I have been using Parkable for a while now and I am blown away by its features and functionality! The interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and find what I need quickly. The future booking feature is a game-changer, it allows me to book a parking spot in advance making my commute easy and stress free.

Cons:

Parkable has been a great asset to TAB to date. Parking is scarce and expensive around our office so it is great to have a parking management software in the office.

Made finding a parking at work so easy

Comments: Before I had Parkable I found parking at or near work stressful. Now I can look at the app on my phone the night before and know exactly which bays are available and choose my favourite.

Pros:

I've had no issue finding a parking spot with Parkable at work. The app's interface and usability made it so simple for me. Have also enjoyed the ease of booking days ahead and paying directly through the app.

Cons:

Has been slightly confusing trying to find a "need a spot today" button. Though I figured it out in a couple of minutes.

Parkable makes work place parking way more efficient!

Comments: Using Parkable is a great way to efficiently use limited parking in a business, as it allows staff to easily reserve available spots in advance. This helps people without allocated parks use vacant spots.

Pros:

Parkable has the ability to allocate parking spots on the fly which is so convenient. This feature really helps to improve the overall parking experience for our staff. Pressure is also reduced for scarce on street parking in the surrounding area which reduces inconsiderate parking and therefore improves accessibility and safety for our community.

Cons:

At this stage I have no cons at this product.

Great management software and tenant experience

Comments: We own parking space across multiple properties and locations, and before Parkable it was complex to manage them all. Parkable is great because we can view the occupancy of all our car parks on the same platform. Parkable also provides more access to parking and a good experience for our tenants, which is fantastic. Staff amenities and satisfaction is what we strive to provide for our tenants, and Parkable gives those who don't have a permanent car park the opportunity to park casually at a competitive rate.

Pros:

One of my favourite things about Parkable is the flexibility. I'm able to add parks on the platform when they're not leased by tenants, so that people can use them to park casually. Parkable also gives us full visibility of our parking assets on one platform, which makes management more efficient. With the app, we can collect payments from parking easily, and recoup costs.

Cons:

I can't think of many cons! It would be great to have remittance advice invoicing that goes straight to our accounts team instead of having them be set up as an admin.

Comments: The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally smooth.
The Parkable Team kept me up to date along the way, and were always available to take my call if i had a problem. Since we rolled this out, i have had no problems at all. Everything just works.

Pros:

It was easy to set up and use. Staff have found it easy to use which means they will use it more often to release / lease car parks.

Cons:

Sorry. I can't think of anything i don't like.

Professional, smart, quick and responsive

Comments: It's more about the people at Parkable than the software itself. The entire process from procurement, install, training and ongoing support has been nothing short of excellent! Calling [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team is like calling your best friend. They are always there to listen, advise and respond. With us they had to be open to a dynamic and evolving situation, with our head office move and covid lockdown, which they handled with patience and resilience. They are not a supplier of ours, they are teammates!

Pros:

Because its so easy to set up and intuitive to use, it has been easy to get buy in from our employees.

Cons:

Other than delivering me a coffee in the morning and picking my kids up from school, the software has everything required. Totally fit for purpose.

Parkable has great customer service!

Comments: I have really enjoyed using Parkable at IAG - it ensures that we don't have to worry about circling the block for a park in the mornings as well as worrying about the price and location.

Pros:

Parkable is a great app - it is so easy to use and has really improved parking at the office. If there are any issues the customer service team are really great at fixing them quickly with a positive and helpful attitude.

Cons:

I don't have any cons at the moment. Speed of admin panel is sometimes slow but could be fibre related.

Allowed flexibility

Pros:

At IAG we were really lucky to implement parkable prior to COVID. This has allowed our staff to fully flex when COVID came along no longer do we have the issue of staff paying for there park weekly and not using it , it allowed the staff to only pay for a park when they needed it.

Cons:

There has been no monetary saving but the benefit of flex for all staff has well outweighed this.

Easy software for easy workplace for parking

Comments: Before Parkable, we used swipe cards to access the car park, and you never knew whether parking would be available, which made the morning quite stressful. Parkable has definitely taken the stress out of parking at the office - we can book in advance, access the car parks without a swipe card, and know if parking will be available before arriving in the morning. Really positive change at work!

Pros:

I can use the Parkable app to see whether parking is available, and book a park in advance. That makes my commute less stressful in the morning because I know there will be a park waiting for me! Parkable also lets colleagues with an allocated park share it with everyone, which is a great step toward making the workplace feel fairer. Another plus is the automatic car park entry! I just drive up to the car park gate and it automatically opens for me if I have a booking.

Cons:

I can't think of much, Parkable has only made a positive difference for me.

User friendly UI!

Comments: I think Parkable is a great asset to Datacom - it really helps employees plan their week better and only reserve parking when it is needed. I think it encourages the flexible working structure also and less cars on the road is always a plus!

Pros:

The Parkable app has really improved the parking situation at Datacom. The user experience is great, it is very easy to book, reserve and pay for parking all in one spot as well as the ability to see how close to capacity the car park is.

Cons:

Nothing at the moment. I really like Parkable's software.
