There are so many positives, ease of use for back office and client perspective, bookings are easy to do and manage, and if there are any issues, the customer support is first class and just as important, fast to respond. Really helpful to me is the fact that bsport deal with GooglePlay and Ios for app management.. this takes a lot of pressure off as I would struggle with this. > > **Cons**: Genuinely, its hard to find fault. For events, a guest buys an event pass and then separately books to event using the pass. It catches people out every time so we moved to EventBrite. The PoS system isn't usable if you have more than a couple of water bottles and some T-shirts. > > Each platform has it's issues, the more studio owners I speak to, the more this is apparent.
