"Best Job board to get your desire candidate/Jobs"

Comments: My overall experience with Dice TalentSearch is superb. As I am in a staffing firm, we are currently using Dice and extended our subscription till 2022. So, it easily shows how we are enjoying using Dice TalentSearch.

Pros: A Very precise, compact, and perfect way to get the best candidates via Talent Search. You can get the desire candidate just by putting the right string, boolean, and details. I love the ease of use and overall features of Dice TalentSearch.

Cons: I think it's a bit expensive and in some cases, there are few miss-match results that come while using boolean.

Pros: This site is perfect for search which job i need. Very good for Internet Marketing Job.

Cons: Need develop This app regularly and some search results did not show like Marketing...

Pros: This site Daily Notification my mail which match my resume. Very First mailed me

Cons: Probably Developing some mismatch job search when search some job. otherwise all good.

"If you're looking for a user friendly way to search Candidates, DICE is a great option"

Comments: I use DICE daily and I find it overall effective however a few little tweaks can make it much more powerful.

Pros: I find the searching on their platform to be as simple as it gets and easier than their competitors. It does also allow you on the left hand side to filter your searches

Cons: Although it does have filters on the searches I find that often Candidates are providing misleading information to DICE thus making the filters not as powerful as they should be. I wish there was a way for DICE to QA their resumes.

"My Favorite Recruiting Tool, Simple and Affordable"

Pros: I find Dice the best of the many products for searching Candidates. It has a simple Boolean search, and allows you to narrow down your search via location, immigration status, experience etc.

Cons: The only draw back with Dice is sometimes I find the quality of the Candidates on there to be a little worse than some of the other recruiting tools.

"Robust Search Tool"

Pros: I can filter many parameters in it. So I am able to find out the exact match of the candidates in accordance with the job requirements.

Cons: I don't find anything least about this software

"Great 10 Years Ago, But Less Results Now"

Pros: We used to have a high number of high quality applicants from job postings on Dice.

Cons: We now get similar results from posting on free job boards like Indeed and Glass Door.
