We Find Using GoAudits Is Very User Friendly For Both Our Team & Our Clients, The Ability To Quickly Conduct An Inspection And Have It Immediately Sent To Our Clients Is Amazing! The Dashboard Allows Us To View Any Outstanding Task & Action Points. The Support Has Been Fantastic From GoAudits, From Enquiry To Ongoing Support!

Comments: My overall experience with GoAudits has been highly positive. The platform significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of our auditing processes. While there are minor areas for improvement, such as app performance and pricing, the benefits far outweigh these drawbacks. GoAudits has proven to be a valuable tool in streamlining our audit workflows, providing detailed and actionable reports, and ultimately helping us maintain high standards of compliance and quality across our operations.

Pros:

What I liked most about GoAudits is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set. The application simplifies the audit process with its intuitive design, making it easy for users of all skill levels to conduct thorough inspections. The customizable templates are a standout feature, allowing organizations to tailor their audit forms to specific needs. Additionally, the offline functionality ensures that audits can be performed even in areas without internet connectivity, which is crucial for field operations. Cons:

What I liked least about GoAudits is the occasional lag in the mobile app, especially when dealing with larger datasets. This can be a minor inconvenience during extensive audits. This rarely happens but worth mentioning.

Go Audit Checklist

Comments: The more in-depth you have to be with details, the more the app seems to struggle.

Pros:

Management can easily delete/ update any questions.

Cons:

The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis.Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.If you press 'no' for option it lowers the percentage of the report or in some cases wont let you complete until marked'yes'.

Comments: It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

Pros:

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

Cons:

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

Comments: Overall the app is great. It would be great if the patrol listed can be re-arrange by dragging.

Pros:

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

Cons:

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

It is not possible to send all found non-conformities in one message after creating an audit.

Comments: My overall experience has been very positive! We plan on using this platform above any other audit software!

Pros:

I love the app! It is easy to use and very user-friendly! I also love the support staff! [sensitive content hidden] has been my go-to guy for all my questions and system support. If I need to answer any question, he will either find a solution or help me find an answer quickly!

Cons:

I used to really love the broadcast function. But recent changes have made it less convenient to use. I also think the analytics are slightly primitive. It would be more useful if data graphics could be used to show data.

The ability to transform and replicate our audits entirely in a digital space, without limiting the user in capturing the essence of the audit. The quick and automatic insights the application provides is a major key in reducing the time spent auditing, which has helped the team a lot.

Cons:

No cons so far, the Go Audit team resolves any issue that may arise in short succession.

Pros:

GoAudits works for most of our company and client needs. The customer service is always top notch. The overall program is easy to set up and use.

Cons:

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

Top Notch software

Pros:

Ease of use and mobilty to do audits on the go or saved and load later.

Cons:

Not much to dislike. Everything you need is customizable.

Audits and reports made easy

Comments: Excellent customer service and tech support. This app has helped me to successfully deliver my projects for our clients. I also was able to easily train new staff on how to use it, it is very user friendly.

Pros:

Easy to change a checklist's questions to fit changing needs of a project.

Cons:

Cannot batch download reports. We can see a library of the reports but we have to download them to print them. Would like to be able to select a batch of reports to download as a group.

We have only scratched the surface with this product, and it have made processes more efficient and streamlined. Support is excellent and very customer focused. They help provide solutions versus no it can't be done. 100% recommended for businesses looking to be more efficient and utilize technology.

1. The new application is really fast and loved the upgrade 2. Easy to use (After the induction to the app, after a few times, it is great to use.) 3. [sensitive content hidden] is supper! 4. [sensitive content hidden], our customer success manager, is top! 5. Go Audits did the checklist for us, which was so helpful as it is tricky and challenging for users uploading the questions. When you are not uploading your checklist, you are often unable to do so. Our entire team is grateful for this service.

Cons:

1. When using the old platform and completing our checklist via tablet or phone, it sometimes crushed, and when logged in through a computer or laptop, many questions did not save the answer as well as the images uploaded from the inspector.

Pros:

Through live inspections and instant reporting, the app enabled us to analyse all activities in greater detail without spending so much time on traditional procedures. The fields are simple to fill out, and the app's user interface is intuitive, the ability to add instant pictures is great.

Cons:

Although the re-importing option can be a little bit slower at times, overall the experience was positive.

Intuitive report interface, easy administration and great customer service

Comments: The previous software we were using was complicated to administrate and GoAudits has been a pleasure to set up and use. Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required. The interface is very intuitive and our team needs very little training to enable them to use the product effectively. The GoAudit team have worked hard to ensure that we have bespoke reporting, both automatic and on demand, which suits our client's needs.

Pros:

The team at GoAudits are quick to respond to any queries and open to suggestions for improvements. The whole interface is easy to use, from administration to end use by our audit team, and it has also helped our clients to focus on the audit reports. The client site managers are presented with access to an Action Plan, keeping the audit in a 'live' state until corrective actions are taken. This has helped drive involvement from Operations teams, encouraging improvement between visits resulting in higher audit scores and better compliance with policies and procedures

Cons:

The necessity to be 'online' to start an audit or view the report can occasionally cause issues in the middle of a 'tin-can' factory with very little reception but is usually easily resolved with a short walk!

There isn't really anything substantial I want to make a fuss about, but it would be great to always have our login information saved and added automatically when needed to log in to the mobile app.
