one of the most effective tools for increasing productivity

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Using Swit, we were able to simplify project management by consolidating all of our responsibilities and communicating with one another in a single location.

Pros:

Inside the showroom, I like having multiple channels linked to smaller groups. being able to create and follow colleagues' tasks is really useful for keeping things organized and avoiding confusion. Coordination and minimization of data overload are achieved by tagging colleagues and discussing certain themes in the remark. With the use of a visible shared workspace, we could track team progress and concerns linked to tasks. Given the number of personnel engaged, it is useful to be able to monitor all tasks at any time.

Cons:

It was tough to choose multiple jobs at once to record color labels or tags. If multiple selection or area selection is allowed, it will be more convenient to use the label registration approach. Inexperienced users may find the platform's UI difficult to understand at first due to its broad features.

A Great Concept - Not As Intuitive to Use as it Should Be

3.0 2 years ago

Comments: I don't love it. But use it because it is what my company has adopted. I don't hate it. But don't love it.

Pros:

I like the idea of an all-in-one solution to combine and consolidate the many business related apps and tools.

Cons:

I think the interface is a little clumsy and not as intuitive to use as it could be. Better, more informative and common sense UI could help in a big way.

good tool to make the team members more cooperative

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: It was an appropriate tribute to the team's coordination and management of events. I recommend and encourage everyone to use it and take advantage of the tools and features provided by Swit to implement the best project management practices, which primarily focus on creating an integrated system that enables team members to understand their responsibilities and fulfill them fully and on time.

Pros:

The use of Swit enables distant team members to collaborate, talk, and participate in a productive manner since Swit creates several linked channels that bring together all disciplines of project teams to work together. Swit facilitates and enhances the capacity to actively participate by planning and tracking the responsibilities of colleagues, as well as keeping all updates and recorded notes in one convenient location. I enjoy being able to take notes for colleagues and then discuss them with them, which helps us optimize our operations while also working on documenting those discussions so that they can be used as a reference.

Cons:

My frustration with the sign-out method stemmed from the fact that I had to log out every time I concluded my workday. The Swit website does not log me out when I close the window that displays it. It takes time to enter projects or stack events into a project management system.

Raising team member contact and cooperation to accurately track all project details

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: The most important thing that we succeeded in using Swit was keeping all team members informed of the delivery dates, by increasing the level of interaction among them, and Swit also contributed to documenting all the updates and entries made by the team, which provided us with an integrated archive of project events.

Pros:

Swit has a lot of great features. I found it easy to follow more than one project at the same time and transitioning between their assigned panels was very smooth. Using Swit, I was pleased with my team's ability to respond to changes and properly track delivery times. This strength of communication resulted in a commitment to the action plan, and the input my team provided via Swit was reaching everyone faster than emails, which had previously delayed response. Also, the chat and notification features were great and did their job as required. With Swit everyone is constantly aware of project details, which has had a positive impact on our planning and follow-up capabilities.

Cons:

Not many negatives, but the Works Breakdown structure must be reconsidered in order to be able to increase the number of levels, since in the current situation it does not meet the requirements of large projects, and we will only use it to follow up on small projects.

It enables the team to participate in handling various daily chores with considerable flexibility

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: I'm a manager of multiple small teams, my to-do list is broad in many different areas, and Swit on time every day enables me to do what I need to do to move forward with colleagues contributing with updates.

Pros:

Many of my favorite things I found in Swit, are the simplicity of communication amongst team members, keeping track of all the daily activities, the flexibility of developing action plans, and how I use it to plan an event, or prepare for a meeting. The design for the swit is intuitive and from the user interface I can prioritize my work, and I can remain on top of the overall status and access peer input with ease.

Cons:

It caters to our demands, I didn't find much unwanted, and it was easy to receive support every time I needed aid.

Very user friendly tool for project management

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I advise it to many friends. I am using the free version currently. I considered to purchase the full version but it is very expensive. Especially each user is charged seperately. I would prefer to have a pricing that is more reasonable.

Pros:

The feature that gives possibility to divide projects into folders is very nice. Also for each project, there are to do, doing and doing sub-divisions which is very easy to follow. For each task, there is a part to describe the task, create a checklist and attach files related to the task. Adding collaborator for each task is an asset too.

Cons:

I would like to have a calender where I can add meetings for each project and want to synchronize the tasks automatically to the calender. There could be a feature to synchronize it with google or apple calenders.

Love this!

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: This solves my problem of trying to keep track of every little task and every persons job assigned to it it's just so simple now.

Pros:

I loved specifically the calendar view because I can see everything and all task, it is a great way to over view all the projects I do real quick and make sure it's all running smoothly.

Cons:

The first page is a little slow but after that it works great and effectively I haven't had any real issues with it.
