Faster parcels means happier me

Pros:

Since our reception upgraded to the parcel tracker service, everything is now instant. It saves so much time and the concierge is now offering the parcels as soon as they arrive. It used to take a couple of hours “for processing” and now I get a notification and I have my parcels. I am really grateful parcel tracker exists in our life.

Cons:

The integration was seamless, concierge was really happy to use it and transition was easy. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Pros:

Effective and user friendly

Comments: Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

Pros:

The product has significantly reduced the time our receptionists take to handle incoming packages. The feedback has been great both from our receptionists as well as users. This is a cost-effective and great product, I highly recommend it.

Cons:

As of now nothing to complain about. The customer support is excellent, quickly responding to all inquiries.

Comments: Can't be simpler. For building managers, it means making efficient the process of internal delivery. For the office, tenants mean getting your parcel always delivered on time as soon as it arrives in the building.

Pros:

Parcel Tracker is a simple to use, no brainer solution for everyone who wants to get their parcel delivered at their desk! A very simple to navigate interface that helps saving time and maximise efficiency in lobbies and reception area in any building from large corporates to small business. A tool that will change the way we experience parcel delivery

Cons:

As there is always room for improvements, I believe this app got it right at the first shot!

Easy & Efficient

Comments: Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

Pros:

This is super quick in scanning. Its Image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

Cons:

It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

quickness, effortless, speeds up a task that used to take a while to do with the amount we get, always works too

Comments: The product is very simple however, has solved a big issue for us in handling 100's of parcels in a week. The tech support has been excellent - a process made simple - would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Very user friendly. Parcel Tracker has increased productivity as teams are not spending time processing parcels in the same way. The software has made the process much smoother for our students to collect parcels as they are instantly notified of how many parcels they have in reception with a full log. Great product!

Cons:

Cannot fault the product as it has made our life easier.

Intuitive Parcel Management System

Comments: We implemented Parcel Tracker at a large private accommodation and found that it improved our mail processing almost overnight. Great support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
and the team, we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Pros:

Parcel Tracker sports an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training. The photo reader is accurate and quick to pull up the correct individual for each address. Automatic notifications to residents fast-track collection. The collection process is QR code driven, minimizing the need for extended administration.

Cons:

When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

Comments: Great customer service, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] always sorts issues quickly and with ease.
Overall the app is super easy to sue and has great extra features

Pros:

Easy to use and helpful functions such as images or parcels and can pull though signatures form previously accepted parcels which is superful.

Cons:

Updates in the past have caused a bit of trouble with logging out/re-scanning already scanned parcels, however this seems to been fixed over the past year

Comments: I was highly impressed. When ever i needed help i always received a prompt response regardless we are all on way different time zones. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] were FANTASTIC!

Pros:

My favorite thing about parcel tracker was that i could scan the name on the package and it would find the correct person as well as scanning the tracking number to identify what it was. It was super easy to send emails track what was still sitting as well as send a follow up email letting them know they had a package waiting.

Cons:

The only issue i had was we used multiple devices and computers so they didnt always sync but how we fixed this was to log out and log back in a few times a week so that way it would always be correct.

Easy to Use!!

Comments: Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

Pros:

I like that it stores the history of parcels collected. I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

Cons:

The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

Easy to use, if you are training someone it will literally take you 10 mins for them to understand what they are doing.

Cons:

Not always updated with info. People will come to collect 3 parcels some they have already collected by phone hasn't updated to show.

Sometimes the data can be inaccurate. It’ll say there is this many parcels but there’s at more or less parcels that’s present

Easy every day use for student accommodation

Pros:

Product is easy to use. Was fairly straightforward to implement. Some stumbling blocks when introducing to less technically inclined staff members. But support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team has been very helpful.

Cons:

There were only a couple of issues with the scanner not recognising some barcodes or QR codes on parcel labels. But since the introduction of a random number generator if you can't scan the code, and general improvements to the scanner, this is no longer a problem.

Comments: Saving the reception team a lot of time processing the parcels for sure.

Pros:

Love how simple the app is. Really easy to use, no faffing about. The students at the accommodation don't really need to do anything, which is half the battle with our old system! Once you have uploaded your address book, your'e good to go!

Cons:

I don't like that the students have to manually sign for their parcels, they have to do this on the reception mobile which means I have to clean it after every use for Covid safety reasons.

Pros:

Being a student accommodation building for 800+ students, processing parcel deliveries takes up a large part of our working day. Parcel Tracker makes the processing so fast and efficient resulting that we have been gifted so much time back that we can better focus on providing a better service for our residents.

The picture of the parcel element could be improved to take a picture of the whole package for reference rather that just the label

Comments: It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

Pros:

I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

Cons:

I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.

Comments: Fantastic ! the team loves it. Time saver !

Pros:

The ability to trace the parcels, the safe aspect of handling it daily. Environment safe and friendly, less paper less mistakes.

Cons:

The uploading of rooms location - A suggestion - a reminder to the residents send vie the software to remind them of the collection.
