> **Cons**: Strange set up of several reports e..g engineer invoicing and sales conversion stat - they are anchored to the month the quote is raised in. So if a quote is raised last wk of April, approved in May it doesn't feature as a won job in May... this is a much bigger problem for engineers when reviewing their perf - whether a job is created a month before completed is irrelevant, its a shame as renders what could be a great set of reports useless

> **Pros**: How quick it is to invoice the performed jobs, takes seconds to raise an invoice.  It’s easy to search the history for past jobs / maintenances.  I like how when you click on a property all the information is together like when routines are due, all the tasks past and current and all the invoices and correspondence is there to see
