Dadurch bekommen Kunden und Patienten im Falle eines Anrufs nicht nur oberflächliche Informationen über den Betrieb wie die Öffnungszeiten, sondern können je nach Konfiguration des Assistenten sogar Termine buchen, ändern oder stornieren.

Seither empfehlen wir dieses Terminbuchungstool unseren Kunden und haben dort schon sehr spannenden Konfigurationssetting eingebracht.

- Manche Menüpunkte orientieren sich nicht an den Nutzerrechten, was zu teils verwirrenden Fehlermeldungen führt (wird nach und nach abgestellt)
- Reportingmöglichkeiten eher rudimentär
