Was a little difficult to integrate into our HR system initially.

A huge thanks to Talos!
Pros:
The simplicity of the product is the biggest positive I can give to Talos. No settings are hidden, and once you've played around you can soon find your way around.
Cons:
After implementation there was a small communication issue.

Excellent Service
Comments: Couldn't rate this system enough, improved our recruitment process and management drastically. Has put us in a much better position than previous years and is allowing the business to knuckle down on recruitment and highlight areas that need more focus.
Pros:
Talos has changed our business drastically in the 2 months we have been live. We have filled multiple vacancies across the UK, including areas where we would previously receive no applications. The system is easy to use and organised in a simple manner which allows us to track candidates and vacancies accurately and effectively.
Cons:
The reporting function, doesn't capture the information that would be beneficial to our business however, the support team have been very helpful and are working on it. That is the only con I can raise.

Very user friendly and great customer service
Comments: It is a great system that helps to track all candidates, and it is very user friendly/easy to use. The customer support is also excellent and the team are always happy to help me make the most of the system, and customize to my preferences where possible.
Pros:
Visually it looks great, everything is very clear, and you know exactly where to click, very user friendly. I also like having customizable communication templates.
Cons:
I would like to be able to list jobs that do not expire, that have the same functionality as normal adverts. We have contractor positions that are always open, so it would be good to be able to manage them in the same way as the normal job listings.
Highly Recommended
Comments: Over all very positive. The support team are great. I would happily recommend.
Pros:
Very user friendly. Easty to customise for different users depending on individual needs
Cons:
Some more reporting options would be good. For example, if I pull applicant/role data, I can only see how many candidates have applied in total once the role is closed and candidates rejected, but I cannot see how many interviews were booked, how many were shortlisted etc throughout the course of the role process.

Adaptability
Comments: It has been a bit of a mixed bag if I'm honest, it promised lots of great things but not all of them have materialised
Pros:
It's adaptability, it's support network on live chat
Cons:
It is sometimes too complicated in terms of the flow and adding new stages

Cons:
Honestly nothing that would impact any recommendation of use. If there is ever any issue, in my experience we are notified about it in due course as well as plans and support on how to resolve.

Comments: Very positive, the Talos team are friendly and helpful - willing to go the extra mile!
Pros:
Easy of use, system is intutitive and can be used by others with minimal training. Its easy to see at a glance where candidates are in the recruitment process.
Cons:
The setting up of the interview booking can be a little clonky, once you've done it a couple of times its fine.

Talos Review
Pros:
Talos is a really great easy to use system. It is very configurable to exactly what you need. Since initially purchasing job board credits many years ago the system has come along way and improvements and new features are being made all of the time. The team there genuinely care that you are making the best use of the system.
Cons:
The cost of the system has gone up a huge amount recently.

Talos Feedback
Comments: Talos is a fantastic system to use and would recommend it to anyone. It has improved our recruitment process immensely. Thanks to everyone who has been involved!
Pros:
The system has streamlined our recruitment process from start to finish. The portal is easy to use and we always receive great support from the customer service team. Also since implementation in Dec 2020 our accounts manager (Ryan) has worked tirelessly to help and support us!
Cons:
That the candidate can't respond to text messages sent from the system. Would be really helpful if their response could come back into the system?

Great ATS system
Comments: Very good, friendly team who always happy to help. Came form a much older ATS system and found it user friendly and attractive to use
Pros:
How customisable it is to your recruitment process. Also how much you can edit yourself in the back to save requesting changes via Talos team.
Cons:
No cons as such but would look forward to seeing more in the way of notification options and possible integrations into other systems in the future

Great improvement
Comments: Talos have been great to work with and patient with our build. The help team are knowledgeable and quick to assist with bespoke reporting requests and give solutions to issues that we may not have thought of at build stage. We are quicker to react to applications and the flexibility of control we have as a team is excellent.
Pros:
Talos is user friendly and simple to navigate with some interesting and useful key features. It is a huge improvement of our previous software
Cons:
We could understand and utilise better the interview booking area of the system as it allows candidates to book the same slot for different roles at the same time
Alternatives Considered:
New ATS gone down well!
Comments: Reporting, although basic is really useful for providing quick summaries to senior people. The ease of use is great. The training provided was excellent and they definitely went above and beyond. Snags resolved quickly and always get a response. The front end websites they have created are fabulous, really listened to what we wanted.
Pros:
Ease of use, quicker and more intuitive than the last ATS system we had. The interview booking module is a great time saver.
Cons:
previous ATS could be bespoked to our needs but Talos is a box, however the box is always being developed and this will move things forward. The Requisition process is great from a governance perspective but i look forward to being able to bespoke it to our requirements which will happen later this year!
Good system
Comments: The support team are always responsive and happy to help. Quarterly meetings with our account managers help look at different approaches we have not thought of to develop our recruitment needs which have proven very useful. They know their stuff!
Pros:
Easy for posting job adverts and managing the candidates progress so remote managers can see the updated and every step of their service recruitment and onboarding process. It is a good system for a whole team to use and communicate each others areas so this can be picked up easily when needed
Cons:
We are still working on some areas that we are not utilizing Talos tram are supportive with this and always happy to help develop the system to our every changing business needs as and when they come to light

Travelopia Talos Review
Comments: The people are at the heart of this product and provide excellent service.
Pros:
The people at Talos are the shining stars for me. When issues arise, the team are always looking for work arounds or new ways of doing things that enable us to elevate our internal processes and now these are used on a global scale across Travelopia.
Cons:
When hiring managers don't have access to buckets, they can still see the numbers in unassessed for example. This is making our lives very difficult when pushing hiring managers to make decisions about their hires. This combined with our problem of really high volumes of candidates, and then not having the ability to keyword search, it's adding a lot of complexity and time to the process.
Satisfied Talos User
Pros:
As a standalone HR person this has helped me no end with the whole recruitment process, saving time, communicating to every single applicant regardless of outcome of their application so helping with the reputation of the firm.
Cons:
The hardest part of using talos so far has been writing an application form.

Smooth, Simple & Super Service :)
Comments: Talos has made our whole recruitment process a lot smoother, not just for our HR team but for our Hiring Managers and Candidates. The 306/Talos team provide outstanding support and are always so quick to respond to any queries or flags. Using the system has increased collaboration across recruiting departments & the posting feature has saved us a great deal of time and money.
Pros:
The system is so so simple to use and had massively drove down our admin time. The workflows keep everyone involved fully up to date on where we are at with each candidate & bespoke auto emails keeps candidates engaged throughout. The interview booking tool is such a brilliant feature and has saved us so much time - giving candidates the option to select their own dates/time from pre-determined availability takes the fuss out of arranging interviews!
Cons:
Not so much cons, but ideas that I think would improve the system are: Whilst the interview booking tool is excellent, I think there could be a simpler way of adding interviews to the system, that have been arranged in another way (I.e. over the phone). As we are a large business and have a lot of hiring managers and different people involved in different roles, it would be great if we could add/remove users ourselves.
ATS Overview
Comments: I've always had an excellent service and support from them. Anyone who has engaged with the Recruitment Team has found the ATS easy to use, and in comparison to other systems they've used, found it easier.
Pros:
It is easy to use, but more importantly the support system behind it is excellent. We also selected it as it was a developing system, as we are a team, so we have grown together.
Cons:
It can be challenging to navigate around, as you have to go back and forward. The fact your roles don't stay "Live" once the advert has closed means you don't get a real time view of what roles are being worked on. As it is developing, it doesn't always have everything we would like to be able to do, but none of these are large enough cons to not work with it.
Talos made our life easier
Comments: Great Customer Service and support team who you always get an answer from within 24hrs
Pros:
It's easy to implement and use across our UK/European portal, job boards can be connected depending on location.Learning videos and docs are easy to comprehend and follow which makes it easy when you have new team members in the recruitment team.Candidate management becomes so much easier and straightforward and the templates save time.
Cons:
Platform should be available in other languages as well to cater for all our international workforce
Wey Education feedback
Comments: Really brilliant. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our Business Support Manager is excellent with providing support to us and answering any questions. He is very much an extended part of the HR team at Wey Education. He's always happy to arrange calls with us to check in on our requirements.
Pros:
The software is easy to use for both us as a business but also applicants who apply via 360. It's really beneficial that the adverts get posted to a number of different job boards as well as being integrated to our Wey Education website. It saves us (HR team) time by only needing to post one advert it covers all areas. To view applications is straight forward and to progress candidates on e.g short listed, interviewing, hired etc is self explanatory. It's really beneficial we can communicate to applicants where it is all recorded in one place.
Cons:
We have found that on the odd occasion some candidates applications aren't pulling through correctly, some are blank or missing information. Not many but we have found this.

Comments: Over all I find my experience with Talos to be spot on. I can contact my account manager when needed, the support team are quick to respond to emails/queries. The software does exactly what I need.
Pros:
Posting of adverts is a streamlined function that I use daily. I post the same job in multiple locations and free jobs boards and this is quick and easy to do. I can search for candidates by name and it takes me to all jobs they have applied for.
Cons:
I don't have an cons with the system, it does exactly what I need it too!
A great tool for recruitment

Overall, saving money on recruitment.
Customer service is great, response times are excellent and support is always available.
Pros:
User friendly software that enables you to tailor your communications for recruitment purposes.
Cons:
Not able to use Indeed for external recruitment Video screening and interviews can fall over or be difficult for candidates to access.

Intuitive design and excellent customer service
Pros:
The platform itself is not fussy and it is quite easy to see what you need to do intuitively although there is also a comprehensive suite of training material provided. The customer service teams are fantastic, we did an incredibly quick set up and switch over and so have had to go back and forth a number of times to customise to our portal and nothing has been too much trouble and it has always been completed quickly and with a smile
Cons:
Its a shame that credits are allocated to different job types as this can be annoying if you run out on one and still have some on the other. That being said the team have always been quick to help resolve this and transfer credits across, so generally no real issues.
Excellent system
Comments: No complaints. Great contact from Account Manager, very responsive and helpful.
