A User-Friendly and Customer-Focussed Tool

Comments: Overall it's been an extremely positive experience and I would certainly recommend SignWell as a more cost-effective alternative to other digital signage platforms.

Pros:

I like the simple user interface and intuitive nature of the product! Very straightforward and easy to navigate.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to upload multiple documents for individual signature at once without them merging into one large document (although perhaps this is already possible and I haven't figured it out yet).

Comments: Overall was good once I figured out how to use this application.

Pros:

Mostly easy to use. Took a bit of time to figure out how to actually get the application to send a doc for signature versus just sending a doc to share only.

Cons:

It wasn’t initially as intuitive as it could be. Perhaps a step by step visual walkthrough training to show how to only share a doc versus send a doc for signature would be helpful.

Comments: A simple and convenient tool when you just need to put your signature without a pen. Does not match the high-level electronic signature offered by DocuSign and my country's (Latvia) electronic signature, which includes a time and location stamp, as well as an identification number for each signature.

Comments: Superb! A pleasure to work with compared to competitors who offer more expensive products with lesser support models. Excited to continue our journey with SignWell

Pros:

The platform is very clean and simple to use. The API documentation and structure is incredibly clear and straightforward - our developer has found it a joy to work with. On top of this, the sales and support teams have been easy to reach, communicative and helpful throughout.

Cons:

The only negative for us as a European business is that we have to pay in USD. Not a huge deal but its always nice from a business perspective to have solid numbers in your budgeting.

Pros:

Very simple to use. Great value - not extortionate pricing like the big players. Does exactly what it says on the tin. You could easily call SimplySignWell.

Cons:

Nothing yet. I'd change this question to "what could we improve?". I would then say an app for the future might be useful.

Comments: As a private teacher, it's paramount to provide a contract to students and partners so as to avoid irregularities in delivery as well as ensure I always get treated the way I should be by my client. Plus, it's always good practice to leave everything laid out before anyone says yes. So SignWell is indispensable in my professional endeavors!

Pros:

It's easier to use than other bigger options on the market. It's straightforward and has an intuitive UI. It gets your sh*t done without any hassle!

Cons:

It's — unfortunately albeit understandably — not free. But it also can be if you're in a pinch!

If You Need Your Docs Signed, Make Sure You SignWell!

Comments: I have been very impressed so far with SignWell. I was using DocuSign before because that's what everyone else was using in my field. Aside from it being ridiculously expensive, many features were only available to the top-end users. As a small business owner, I am not in a position to expense that much for e-signing software.

Pros:

I think one of the best things I like about SignWell (of many) is the customer service provided, and not just by any old representative but from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company. I had a few questions regarding functionality when I was getting started that were critical to my decision making on using the product and was surprised to receive an email from [sensitive content hidden] of SignWell giving me all the info I needed, including screenshots and recommendations. And the time it took for a reply was really impressive. In the times of fully automated bot email responses, it is refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person to get the help you need. Now as for the actual product, SignWell is super easy to use. If you have ever used any of the other super-expensive document-signing software, this will be a walk in the park for you. Lots of important features are available and there are help tips for every selection you can make to help you understand how everything works. I feel confident knowing that I have a quality product that helps my clients see that I am making a professional appearance.

Cons:

When I find something I don't like about it, I will definitely let you know.

Easy and Simple to Use

Comments: I was fairly new to electronic signatures and document preparations. This application made the learning and implementation process fast and easy. I use it for all my document signings.

Pros:

The application is well designed for the tech savvy and those that have limited experience with electronic signatures.

Cons:

Not sure if the notifications can be adjusted and selected to choose which notices you want to receive. Your email inbox can quickly become overwhelming with unnecessary notifications or the ones you do not want.

Comments: I am please with the functionality of SignWell. Easy to use and no negative feedback from any clients that have used it.

Pros:

It was easy to get started and the setup of signatures, initials and dates were intuitive. Usually learning new software takes me some time, but this was quick and easy to use.

Cons:

So far I have not had any negative experiences with SignWell. One suggestion would be to send an email once the signer has completed signing. I only received an email that confirmed that the signer had opened/viewed the document, but nothing to inform me that they had actually signed.

Comments: I've been using Signwell for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the product. The user interface is sleek and incredibly intuitive, making document signing a breeze. One standout feature is the overall ease of use—navigating through the platform feels natural, and finding the tools I need is quick and hassle-free. The document management is smooth, and setting up signatories is a simple task. However, there's a small feature that I find a bit lacking. Currently, I'm only notified when all signers have completed the process, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be really helpful to receive notifications as each individual signer completes their part. This would allow me to track the progress of each signature in real-time, rather than waiting until the entire document is signed. Signwell remains a fantastic tool for digital signatures. Its intuitive design and user-friendly interface significantly enhance the document signing experience. If you're in need of a reliable e-signature solution, I would definitely recommend giving Signwell a try.

Pros:

It has a great user interface and is very intuitive.

Cons:

I'm not able to see when the first signer signs a doc, and am only notified when all signers have signed.

Comments: I usually have strong criticisms for tools in Signwell's product category - and I have used a number of these. However, I have stayed with Signwell. So that says I love the tool.

Pros:

So after a document is completed, first Signwell provides a digital identity to that document; in addition to this, there is usually this automated thread of document engagement attached at the end. This feature provides an extra layer of authenticity to documents.

Cons:

Well, I know Signwell is a business and needs to make profit. However, I think 3 free running documents per time is quite restrictive - maybe 4-5 is ideal.

Pros:

Cons:

I wish there was a feature that would allow me to edit the document I have already uploaded within SignWell. Usually, I have to make edits outside the platform and re-upload the documents, often starting over entirely.

What i like the most is that signwell recognises that small organisation which are new incorporations and trying to digitalise might not be able to afford more expensive digital services and the price point with the features is just about right.

Comments: So far good. Still very new and seeing how easy it is so far for clients to fill out our financial aid form.

Pros:

I liked that we could take legal documents which couldn't be converted to digital surveys and needed to be filled out in person to now be accessible to families and clients online AND there is now downloading or printing necessary. They can just submit the PDF filled straight to us.

Cons:

I wish that check box questions could somehow be require to choose one before submitting. Right now you can make a particular check box required but we need just the question to be required and they can pick any check box. We have issues with clients skipping important questions by accident but we don't want to require a particular answer is that makes sense.

Pleasantly Surprised... and Happy!

Comments: Overall my experience has been good. I like how easy it is to use, even for the not-so-tech savvy people like myself.

Pros:

I like how easy SignWell is to use. The system itself is easy to navigate and it makes it really easy for our clients as well. I'm able to send documents to them electronically and they are able to sign them immediately. Because I can mark where they are required to sign/fill out, I don't have to worry about them signing in the wrong place or filling out the incorrect information. I also really like that I'm able to send documents to multiple parties for signatures, all at the same time.

Cons:

I'm not happy or crazy about the price of it. I had signed up for the free version, but I am limited to only a few documents per month or week. I know it is 2024 and everything cost money, but I would have signed up a long time ago, had it not been so much money for a membership.

Easy to use contract signing for landlords

Comments: I will continue to use it for my contract signing needs.
Great service

Pros:

It's ease of use for signing tenancy agreements as I am a landlord. I genuinely think it is superb for this purpose. The fact that I get emailed when someone has viewed a contact and if they have signed it is great. Lastly it sends contracts automatically to my email once completed and are saved online for quick reference.

Cons:

Honest- the free plan only allows 5 uses per month. Ideally I could buy batches of uses say 20 at a time as I dont need a monthly subscription (I would more than happily pay for this)
