It's a great contract signing tool for independent freelancers like me!
Pros:
I love how easy it is to upload a contract, make it into a template, and send it to the people who need to read and sign it. Since onboarding clients independently, I've always been on the hunt for nice tools that can help me manage my contracts seamlessly. I'm glad I found SignWell!
Cons:
It'd be great if the document limit was increased from 3 to maybe 5 or 7 in a month. As I was testing out the free plan, I didn't realize that I used up my document use for the month. Sadly, I was only testing it out for myself to see what the process would look like. Now I have to wait for the time to refresh so I can my 1 template again.
SignWell is a breeze.
Comments: Like I said, it's super easy to use for starting, setting up, and sending documents for signatures—even for my investors. The UI is simple to understand, with no clutter, and it displays what matters most. I discovered SignWell through a friend when I had to sign an NDA. Months later, when it was my turn to prepare documents for signatures—for my investors—I knew I couldn't waste my time, or their time, with complicated workflows. I quickly searched my inbox for the service my friend used and found SignWell. From opening my account to sending out the documents to my investors took just minutes. I asked for feedback, and one of them said, 'Yes, the digital signature process was smooth, easy, and fast.' A breeze.
Pros:
It's super easy to use for starting, setting up, and sending documents for signatures. I've tried similar services in the past, but they always seemed complicated. SignWell, on the other hand, is straightforward. From setting up my account to uploading and preparing the document, it’s been a breeze.
Cons:
So far, everything has been great. I don’t have any complaints.

SignWell Is Perfect For My Small Business
Comments: I don't think about signwell and that's a good thing. They're in the background. I send a pre-created 'sign this document' link with my MSA and the SOW of the offering and we're good to go.
Pros:
Their support and development teams are very responsive. I wrote in with a few feature requests and a few weeks later one of them was live — and a year later when one shipped they reached out to let me know!
Cons:
They are great at what they do. No complaints from me.
An excellent easy to use tool for document management
Comments: Still learning the system and everything it can do. However, as I have explained above, so far the experience with document uploading, getting them signed and organised have been a fairly easy & effective process. So I would say excellent experience so far.
Pros:
Ease of use & efficiency. I uploaded a fairly complex document and it was a rather easy process to assign signing responsibilities and initials. The time it took was fairly negligible. All in all a great easy tool to get documents signed & organised.
Cons:
So far I haven't had much to complain about.
Great product and strong customer support
Pros:
Very easy to get started and simple to use. Also, their usage policy is generous comapred to other e-sign products that I've tried which I love

Works great at a fraction of the cost of Docusign. It does everything we need, super intuitive to use, great e-signature tool.

Nothing so far. Can I complain that my only "con" is that I didn't know about SignWell sooner?

I didn’t realize that my client was getting reminder emails while she was on vacation. Not a big deal. I now know to look out for turning Reminders on or off in future when sending out proposals.

Somewhat limited...fewer bells and whistles which is also its biggest benefit for my needs.

All Around Win!

+ Easy eSignatures process/simple interface makes it a breeze to send something for esignature + Template system is pretty easy to use for repeat documents + Great Support - they take time to make you personalized video answers when you have a problem and even roll out bug fixes and small enhancements within like DAYS of reporting. Totally unheard of for any SaaS vendor. + Flexible Templates system including template links you can share/email to someone for self service doc generation and signing + Robust zapier integration including ability to send docs from a template and also be notified automatically in another system when a document is signed, who signed it, etc.
Cons:
The only thing I can think of is when you are signing, sometimes the original document can appear a bit small and I wish there were a zoom + / - option for signers in case it's too small for them to see. But this depends on the formatting of the document you upload.
Excellent alternative to Docusign that won't break the bank
Comments: Very positive experience; fabulous alterantive to Docusign for my team.
Pros:
Strong feature set and robust platform. Excellent template feature which saves me a great deal of time, and a solid import functionality. Did I mention the price? :D Another great feature is the signing reminders - this has been a godsend particularly for clients that I don't want to *personally* hassle.
Cons:
I've experienced a very odd sign-in bug that prevents me from signing in "the first time" I make an attempt, then accepts my sign-in the second time. I've asked other users, and the community at large, and it looks like this is just me, because no one else has this issue. I'm assuming it may be some odd caching conflict? No clue. I've contacted Docsketch support and they are working with me to learn more and figure out what's going on, so it's good to see that even a small isolated issue can get their attention. That all said, this only adds about 5 seconds to my day, and doesn't impede the use of the software at all.

I feel it’s the best out there it’s cheaper and gives you 3 documents free trail and these look and come through amazing. It’s simple to use for people who are not tech savvy

I love that SignWell allows me to effortlessly store my client agreements as templates. This feature enables me to swiftly prepare and send agreements when onboarding new clients. It streamlines the process and ensures efficiency in managing my client relationships.
Cons:
One drawback I encountered with SignWell is the inability to easily change the email address of a signor if a document fails to send. Recently, I faced a situation where a client updated their email address without notifying me, causing complications. Instead of seamlessly modifying the email address, I had to set up a new document for them to sign. It would be beneficial if SignWell offered a more straightforward way to update signors' email addresses, enhancing flexibility and reducing unnecessary hassle in such scenarios.

Docusign, but better and at the perfect price point
Comments: Very good. Finally an e sign company with a great product that doesn’t come with needless limitations that drip feed features or usage quotas for exorbitant tiered fees. It’s as good as all its competitors and simple to use. I highly recommend and will be recommending to other business owners like myself.
Pros:
How easy it was to set up and build templates. Even better was how easy my signees found it to complete.
Cons:
Nothing bad to say about it at all. I was surprised.
DIGITAL SIGNTURE - NO WORRYS ON AUTHENTICATION
Comments: AM VERY HAPPY TO FOUND THE APPLICATION, I HAD TRIED SEVERAL DIGITAL SIGNING APPLICATIONS, BUT SIGNWELL MADE ME STOP HUNTING FOR DIGITAL SIGNING APPLICATION. IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES WHICH I NEED.

SIGNE WELL IS AN EASY TO USE APPLICATION, WE JUST NEED TO UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT AND SIGNTURE FIELDS AND DETAILS AND SUBMIT. IT MAILS THE DOCUMENT TO THE SIGING AUTHORITES AND CAPTURE THE DATE, TIME AND IP ADDRESS OF THE SIGING PERSON FOR AUTHENTICATION. IT HAS VERY SIMPLE TO DASH BOARD. ANY ONE CAN UNDERSTAND THE USAGE PROCEDURE OF THE APPLICATION

Excellent document flow management software, new features added week by week
Comments: I bought this software at its very beginning with a special deal, so it was basically a bet on it. I won that bet, it's fantastic! I work in digital forensics field and I needed a software to help me sign contracts and securely share documents in a secure environment and I finally found it!
Pros:
Easy to use, clear free training and explanations, new features every week/month! It worth (much more) the value I paid for it.

Nothing, it's perfect for what I need, nothing negative to write about

Comments: Highly recommend! I've used all the other e-signature tools and this holds up with the best.
Pros:
Intuitive and easy to use with a clean interface. I like that there's a free version that includes most of what you need to e-sign docs (with the option to store 1 template)-- it's pretty robust for free. The upgraded version allows you to store multiple. templates
Cons:
Very minor, but it would be nice to have the option to have the final signer edit a template before it goes to the first signer. A workaround is to switch the signers, but it means your signature is already on the contract if they decide to add text. Another workaround would to not use a template. Maybe there's a better way but I didn't figure that out on my own.

Comments: Overall the experience was very good and I definitely will be using for my electronic signatures at the moment.

Sign well is easy to use and has some great features I am a user of hello sign but was discouragement hello sign switch to Dropbox look for an alternative and sign Will is definitely very similar to Holstein will be trying for a couple more months to see if it's a good fit so far so good.

I wanted to be able to carbon copy a message or a contract to pay another email but could not figure out how.

It's a bit of a learning curve but the support is always there to quickly help you even may use a screen share via live Zoom session to help you set up, recommend the best settings specific to you and get you going ASAP!

Simple and to the point
Comments: SignWell helped us get signatures quickly by utilizing the template section to send docs for signatures. No user complaints vs other platforms where our clients call us to get clarification on the signature sections.
Pros:
Simplicity. Everything you need in an easy interface. The template sections is really great for repeat docs signatures.

I don't have anything that I dislike. I tried different platforms and found signwell to be the best.
