> **Pros**: Die Datenpflege ist einfach und benutzerfreundlich. Durch die einfach zu konfigurierenden Publikationen können beliebige XML-Exporte erstellt werden. Mit Hilfe von XSLT können daraus InDesign und PDF generiert werden, aber auch unterschiedliche Schnittstellen wie zum Beispiel zum Webshop bedient werden.

> **Cons**: Seit einiger Zeit wurde der Support nach Indien ausgelagert. Das führt hin und wieder zu Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. In dringenden Fällen bekommt man aber immer auch Unterstützung von unserem Kundenbetreuer in Ettlingen. Schade ist es auch, dass es seit der Pandemie keinen Kundentag mehr gibt. Das war immer eine gute Gelegenheit sich mit anderen auszutauschen.

> Wir haben mittlerweile in allen Geschäftsbereichen Mitarbeiter die für die Datenpflege zuständig und sich auch der Verantwortung für die Datenqualität bewusst sind. Das sind echte EPIM Fans\!Auf der anderen Seite haben wir die XSLT und PDK Entwickler die mit Hilfe dieser offenen Technologien so gut wie alle Anforderungen zu Publikationen und Schnittstellen abdecken können.
