Now with the Fund-Team direct donation model, we do ONE fund-raiser at the beginning of the year, and that's it - AND we make more on our one Fund-Team campaign than all of the other ones combined. > > **Cons**: I can't really think of anything off the top of my head. > > We are very pleased. If we ever have any issues or questions, they are extremely responsive. The software works great, and they make sure during launches that everything goes smoothly. They even implemented some changes to the software that we requested. Our donors are pleased to know that the vast majority of their donation goes to our band directly, rather than to pay for some item they didn't even want like candles or coupon cards. Also, since we advertise it as our "one and only fund-raiser of the year" they give generously. Kids love it because we record a video, help them set up individual donation site in about 10 minutes, and they are done. Parents love it because they don't have to do a thing except help the kids come up with email addresses of their friends and relatives as potential donors. The Band boosters and band directors love it because we can spend our time supporting our kids instead of non-stop fund-raising. I am not sure we were able to use the software to its full capacity and would like to explore it more to expand our reach. I also did not like that we had to enter each email one by one. > > Because it was hard to use, i had to contact the administrator several times. I also spent a lot of time trying to enter all the emails until i was able to get assistance to get them all in. When i was entering the emails, it took a long time before i could enter the next one and i had 1000 email addresses to enter.
