Onboarding was really quick and easily with excellent hands on support. Support response and resolution times are really good too. The whole product is intuitive and easy to use. > > **Cons**: Alerts and clearing alerts is a pain. We see some alerting for some devices where through for example apps are already deployed before onboarding and the software can not be installed. It would be really nice if these could be cleared easily or "ignored" in the UI. > > I would recommend this product to any company using MacOS. We moved from using Intune from MacOS devices to Kandji with a focus on security and have not looked back. The Onboarding was exceptional with knowledgeable staff able to assist us with our initial blueprints and configurations. When things have not worked or we have required support the support team and really responsive and resolve issues fast. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give it. I’ve used plenty of products that promise a huge amount, only to find that delivering those capabilities in a real-world environment is complicated or that some of the promise is more marketing than reality. With Iru, the functionality is practical, reliable and actually achievable in day-to-day use. > > **Cons**: There’s genuinely very little I dislike about Iru, but if I had to choose something it would be aspects of the Assignment Maps functionality. It’s already a useful feature, but I think there’s room to make complex deployments easier to understand at a glance. For example, being able to explicitly name or label the individual stages of a deployment would make larger Assignment Maps much easier to read, manage and troubleshoot. > > From day one, our experience with Iru has been excellent. At the time I had tested Intune, Jamff and Hexnode but I was immediately struck by the ease of use and the lightning fast communication between Kandji and my devices. Besides the extensive knowledge base, I found that customer support was knowledgeable and helpful, they helped me to go through some scripts that allowed me to fully customise my profiles. I can now update and patch my iOS and MacOS devices with complete effortlessness. I am Kandji's first fan and from what I can see, Iru thought the same as I did and are starting to build on this fantastic product. > > **Cons**: Kandji was more expensive than other solutions when I picked it, especially when compared to Jamff that has offers for the education and government sector.
