> **Pros**: Once you're set up it's a very simple user interface to connect to any registered device.  The connection quality is good and the experience smooth, and working with dual-monitor remote devices is better than I've encountered on other products. Nothing to install for the agent, and in \*most\* cases it's a simple installation on the remote device.

> **Cons**: Basic admin of devices is very clunky - they can't even be renamed on the main screen and you have to delve into the Deployment menu to make simple changes like that.  Installation on MacOS and Android is complicated and the installer program provides little guidance.
> 
> Overall happy with it and will be renewing our subscription.  Vastly cheaper than TeamViewer and does everything we need it to.
