Pros:

By using Bouncy Castle Network, it has saved me so much time and effort managing my bookings. I am using the Quick Books software, which means that I can integrate this directly into my own website.

Cons:

There’s no fault I can find. Perhaps an API for third party integration, but it would be such a far edge case for no real business requirement.

Comments: Exceptional service and agents. Wish all customer facing agents for other companies were so accommodating !!

Pros:

Amazing agents . Particularly, [sensitive content hidden]. if we have missed anyone apologies ! They were so helpful, to the point I was wittering on but NEVER ever made us feel silly or a nuisance ! As a 4 out of 10 with techy experience they made it easy! Easy chat to get an instant answer.

Cons:

Found talking on the phone easier initially than the text chat! Initially the monthly cost, however once we saw how good the product and service was it has been a game changer so not a con at all.

A good all round website

Comments: As a whole the website is OK. Although the websites all look very much the same across many companies. This doesn't give the chance to stand out and be individual. Maybe have an option to use personal pictures instead of stock photos?We also find that if you call for advice then 9 times out of 10 your asked to watch video links or create a ticket to get a ring back whenever it suits. This isn't really useful if it's something easy to sort with a quick conversion. Finally, we have found two staff members in particular that are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. [sensitive content hidden] were a great help, pleasant, patient and full of knowledge with a great way to explain to others what was needed to achieve successful outcomes. Pros:

We have found that the online booking works great for our business. It's easy for customers to use and straight forward to understand.

Cons:

The relationship workings are very difficult to understand when linking products. We felt that most staff didn't seem to understand it themselves clearly either.

Comments: It was the ebat experince I ever had with a website company i left another company and had very little hope that i would get a company that could help me. BCN is amazing they so helpful and everything is so easy to use and kearn how to work.

Pros:

I love the walk theough appoinments. I love how they help you and answer any questions you have. Everyone is so helpful.

Cons:

Not one con loved eveything. I do not have one con although we are on different time zones the communication is still top tier

Comments: Overall BCN provides amazing support via phone or email. They listen to understand your concern and then they work with you to find a solution that works. The whole team is amazing and that is rare!

Pros:

I have been with BCN over 4 years and love the fast, friendly and knowledgeable people that support our business daily!

Cons:

Occasionally there have been glitches, but they are there to guide you through any situation. I'm a complainer and can't find one thing to complain about with this company. Seriously.

Great product that has helped our business

Comments: Relieved the vast number of phone calls for clients ready to book. About an 80% reduction of calls when we used no website software at all.

Pros:

Straightforward and intuitive to allow client to book without questions, texts, calls to complete booking process.

Cons:

High learning curve without a dedicated administrator to oversee and control back office. European design takes some adjusting and getting used to.

Amazing all around

Comments: I cannot put into words how friendly and kind [sensitive content hidden] and his team were. I was extremely nervous and not savy with computers. But [sensitive content hidden] was very patient and understanding. He took his time not only to answer my questions but to make sure everything on the site was attractive. Excellent Customer Service

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden] spent Friday evening helping us move our email address over to BCN. This meant our email was only down for a short amount of time and he didn't stop until the issue was fixed

My Profits Inflated, Just Like my Bouncy Houses

Comments: It was hard in the beginning to learn the system and hard to migrate my products and settings over from a previous provider. It is genuinely a case of 'you reap what you sow'. If you're willing to put the effort in you'll realise the potential. There's no magic button though. Now that I'm fully migrated and familiar with the software, my business has grown (even during a pandemic). Credit must be given to BCN Customer Support who are on hand to help you through the tricky bits and help you personalise your website and booking integration. For out of hours support there is a popular Facebook group populated by fellow hirers who can give peer to peer support.

Pros:

BCN is more than a website, it's a whole business management system. Your customer will see a slick and professional website with live reservation checking and online booking, but the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] sees a backend system which manages the whole booking process from ranking well on Google, through the booking process onto pre-delivery email and SMS notifications to your customers, online payment, picking sheets for drivers and onto the newer features like route planning and e-signature waiver signing. At its core is a software package developed by someone who traded in the leisure sector for years and understands the needs of fellow hirers.

Cons:

Learning any new software package can be daunting and BCN is no exception. It is a feature-rich package, with many settings to personalise, some of which won't be applicable to you. Give yourself time to learn the system. You'll get there.

Comments: Any issues have been swiftly dealt with and constant quick response to messages, even after hours which was always very much appreciated

Pros:

Everything! The fact that it is constantly updated, leading the charge and totally innovative. Extremely easy to use with superb back up and customer service.

Cons:

Too few options for multi day hire. Limited options for high quantity assets like party hire and difficult to search user log. Limited opportunities to research individual stats.

Pros:

Easy to use! The business runs itself! So much opportunity to focus on other aspects of the business when you have a software like this!

Cons:

Some extra customization would be nice to allow certain products only available in certain locations. Allow products to be selected when they can any can’t be booked.
