Great way to keep my child close

Pros:

Our daycare provider uses Daily Connect to keep us updated with our children during the day. For our infant, it's a great way to make sure he's eating enough and having enough diapers. For our 3 year old, we're able to see what he's working on throughout the day as the activity entry allows for customization and descriptions. We also really enjoy getting pictures of our kids throughout the day, and the messaging system is a wonderful way to talk directly to their teachers if something comes up.

Cons:

It's difficult to go back to previous days for information. When the school uploads a document or news about illnesses at school, we only see it if we happen to look that day. It would also be nice to have a place where image uploads are kept so we can look through them like a gallery.

The best product out there for daily communication with your customers!! For all types of childcare services and programs!

Comments: Great!! I feel like I started with the company as a baby and now it’s all grown up!! I love it!! My clients as well!

Pros:

I have used daily connect for years! One of the first groups of people to use the program. I have many opportunities to switch and I won’t. Its super easy to navigate and learn and all the new things they keep adding are awesome a d amazing! My clients love it as well!

Cons:

I can’t honestly think of anything when something comes you they just right on it and fix it. Their customer service is amazing. I would like to start using their payment processing center, but won’t use it until they start getting the turnaround sooner.

Worthwhile App

Pros:

Video uploads and customization of entries are 2 great features

Cons:

Price changed to pay per child, so it is no longer a competitive price. Also the mobile version needs improvement. And parents want the option to download photos from the webpage, not just the app.

Keeping up with the kids

Comments: I use Daily Connect to keep updated on how my son is doing at school. I love the pictures that are posted and the level of detail included in each days activities. It tells me not only what time things were done, but how much he ate of which foods. How he liked certain activities and how his potty learning is going.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to track what is happening in my child’s day and communicate with his teachers

Cons:

The messages feature is a little confusing and attempts to send my messages as emails

Designed for simplicity

Comments: As a preschool director, I can confidently say that Daily Connect has been an invaluable tool for daily communication with parents. Our families love the app, and it simplifies the process for teachers to share updates about each student effortlessly.

Pros:

The app is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also appreciate how it continues to improve with new features that are just as intuitive to use.

Cons:

Nothing really comes to mind. Maybe when adding a new student if everything could be on one page and not in different tabs.

Great tool for providers and parents at a reasonable cost

Comments: Great tool to streamline many things while freeing up more of my time to be oresent with children.

Pros:

I have many options to make changes and add whatever details I need to help set my business apart from others and personalize what caters to me situation.

Cons:

Sometimes theres issues with the app and syncing, but even when Ive had issues the support Ive had to correct issues and get us back to running normally and the quick replies addressing concerns and giving assistance has been amazing.

Daily Connects sets our Daycare apart

Comments: WONDERFUL! Highly recommend to anyone in child care.

Pros:

Very user-friendly, great price point, it contains all the elements needed to run my business & stay in compliance with regulations, extremely responsive customer service and the professional aspect of this software sets my business apart from others.

Cons:

I would like if my employees had access to see their time clock-in and out, but customer service reports they are actively working on this.

Comments: I love it as an educator and as a parent!!!!

Pros:

It allows us to track our day to day with children, and share it with their parents!

Cons:

How many different icon buttons open up to more options to get back and forth between classrooms etc

Daily connect

Comments: It’s a very user friendly app. It allows for easy communication between teachers and parents.

Pros:

I like that you can edit the time, in case you can’t enter in real time. I also like that it saves activities for future use. I like that you can choose multiple children on an entry.

Cons:

I don’t like that it doesn’t have where you can choose the learning standards for documentation.

Great for some things, needs improvement in a lot of ways

Comments: I’m not 100% satisfied with it. Like I said I think it could be more user friendly on the admin side as well. There seems to be a lot of things that you have to jump through hoops to get a task down.

Pros:

I like that it has so many features and it makes assessments and portfolios easy.

Cons:

It is not super user friendly. I am constantly having to email asking questions. I think aesthetically it could look more simple from the parent app and teachers iPad, it confusing for a lot of my families.

Great service

Comments: it is great and will recommend. the parents and/or guardians like the easy and and sign out methods

Pros:

the customer service. I asked to change specific verbiage for my company and they did so without a problem.

Cons:

there isn't a lot that i did not like about it. I do know some stuff does not pertain to me.

Daily Connect Review _ 5 Starts _ Excellent

Comments: Excellent! I'm grateful for Daily Connect as it improves many aspects of my job.

Pros:

Daily Connect is easy to use, simple to understand and yet provides everything I need in regards to communication, charting, and documentation for the child care facility I work at.

Cons:

There's really not many negatives to speak of other than sometimes accessing children in other rooms or switching them rooms allowing me to access their chart can be challenging, but I believe it could be more of a facility issue than a Daily Connect issue, I'm unsure.

Positive experience

Comments: Our teachers, admin, and families have all had very positive experiences. It is user friendly and simple to use.

Pros:

Their responsiveness to questions, ideas, and personalized needs. This has made our experience extremely positive and successful.

Cons:

Honestly, any barriers we've come across we've been able to get support with and improvements have been made to address our unique needs.

Makes me feel connected to my child’s day

Comments: We use it daily with our daughters day care. I see every detail of her day, the picture sharing is great. And I love the easy messaging feature!

Pros:

How intuitive it is to use. Lots of great features that really show a comprehensive overview of my kid’s day.

Cons:

I wish there was a tutorial when you first start using it. I didn’t realize how many cool features there are.

Excellent app

Comments: It’s great and a good way to keep up with your child.

The ability to see what my child has done as well as see pictures, which is also great to have

Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate back to where you want to go and you get stuck with weird views.

Daily Connect at a Child Development Center 6wks-3yrs

Comments: So far we have been using it for a month and all my staff have said nothing but great things!!!

Pros:

I loved that daily connect is so user friendly for my staff of all age ranges. It is also very user friendly for people who might not be so tech savvy. I also really enjoy that you can customize the icons for each specific classroom.

Cons:

There isn't really anything I dislike at this moment.

Comments: Love it! Let’s me feel closer to my kiddos when I am at work!

Comments: It’s been a good experience overall, although sometimes the app lags and you may miss notifications.

Pros:

Makes it easy to communicate with my children’s teachers!

Sometimes lags and doesn’t update so I miss messages

Ability to write messages back and forth and see photos!

Cons:

a few too many functions that aren’t utilized by our center such as medical - which could just be communicated through messaging instead. Makes it a bit more cumbersome than warranted.

Love daily connect

Comments: it’s a great platform and I enjoy using it to keep updated on the children in my classroom. And have quick access to contacting parents.

Pros:

Real time notifications, the dashboard is easy to use which makes sending notifications quick and includes all the features we need as a teacher

Cons:

As a parent and a teacher it is difficult to switch between classrooms and I do not get notification from my child’s class when I am signed in as a teacher for my classroom

Running a smooth daycare

Comments: Daily connect makes running my daycare way easier!

Pros:

I like that parents can sign in and out and all that data is kept on there which is handy for license inspections!

Cons:

How long it takes to receive payments although it has improved.

Love it so much

Comments: I would give my experience a 9.5/10. Just because of the slow updates.

Pros:

That I’m able to easily see what my kids are doing. I can’t see things in real time.

Cons:

Sometimes it’s slow to update. You have to keep refreshing
