It obviously assists in achieving a Company's sustainability objectives and saves valuable time wasted on managing and shifting paper\! > > **Cons**: It is always painful parting with money but realistically it is reasonable value for money\! There is not very much not to like about Lightyear\! > > Lightyear has been a wonderful addition to our accounting routine. Paperless and ease of review, analysing and importing of information into Sage has allowed us to save on at least one worker in our office. In addition, with developments ongoing and the Lightyear team's ambition to add and improve, I can only see us moving more and more processing to the Lightyear platform. Support is always on hand too and response times are prompt. Everything at my fingertips. Nice to remove the paper/postage/scanning element. Support for bugs and development at the other end of Phone and resolutions are immediate or put forward for future development. Lightyear would save money re: employment, as saves valuable time and requires less staff. Great tool to educate new staff. Haven't included Procurement package but I guess would integrate with PL. No security issues within the start of 2024 to now. Honest I would recommend. Even a Trial would open your eyes. > > **Cons**: Obviously the integration of any system can be daunting.
