> **Pros**: Really easy to use, great interface, webhooks work perfectly. Used a couple alternative tracking services before Aftership that were below par.&#10;Customer support is always extremely quick and helpful, have been in touch with multiple support workers but the most recent Khushi was really helpful\!

> **Cons**: Email building is a little limited so we send our own through webhooks, still better than other services though...\! Royal Mail not being supported as a courier is also a shame for the non-premium packages.
> 
> Overall Aftership works perfectly for us as a business and in the price range is the best option on the market for tracking services.

You will always get connected to a real human whenever you have problems and they'll jump straight into it to make sure the problems are solved as quickly as possible, they'll literally go the extra mile for their customers. Well done AfterShip, I'm lucky to find your app.
