The customer service guidance is pretty solid from Google - guiding through set-up of both search and display ads and helping you understand some performance questions for ads and keywords.

Cons:

It would almost feel wrong to complain or list any dislikes I have about something that is free.

Pros:

What I like most is the breadth of available reports and dashboards. There are also endless opportunities to customize those reports.

Cons:

What I like most is also what I like least. Unless you really know what you're doing and have significant experience with GA, it's not user-friendly and is very hard for a marketing novice to get up and running.

Pros:

I like most that the pricing is good and amount of data available is huge

Cons:

What I like least is that some of the data isn’t valuable since it can’t be tracked by third party cookies

Comments: We got our hands onto the most advanced customers data analytical tool that allows us to get very useful insights to help understand our customers needs and guide in taking actions to meet them. The experience with Google Analytics 360 has been so good and our customers understanding has really grown.

Pros:

Google Analytics 360 uses very smart AI analytical tools that help dig deep into our data to get precise insights from them. The reporting and visualization functions makes it easy for us to interpret our insights and make them reference points for making informed decisions. It integrates so seamlessly with our other products making it easy to collect and import customer data for analysis.

Cons:

No cons whatsoever, there could never be any issue with Google Analytics 360.

Comments: We continue to explore ways to use it and evolve our decision making and goals. This is truly remarkable in a business that tends to look at short range metrics and out put, we have had a whole new world opened up to us.

Pros:

Setting up the dashboards allowed us to experiment and learn what we needed to focus on. Once we built them and shared them with our team adoption was almost immediately. From the Lead in the kitchen to the lead on the front of the house floor everyone saw immediately what they needed to focus on. Fantastic!

Cons:

That waited so long to implement it. As a small business, any investment in tools like this is a burden but this one has paid for itself through data-driven insights and decision making.

Comments: We've had the opportunity to support companies already using GA360 and set up new instances for companies looking to get started. The data, details, and customization built on a a platform similar enough to other Google products makes getting started and adopting this software easy.

Pros:

For massive data driven and digital first businesses - Google 360 is a boon. The most important part of it's platform isn't it's data but the familiarity new staff have with Google's other products - which makes staffing and training much easier than competitors.

Cons:

The price is extreme and should only be considered when Google's other tools completely and no longer meet the needs of the business. For many C-suite staff the granularity and complexity won't be required.

Comments: i find using google analytics very helpful and i usually connect my clients account to it as viewers, so they can enjoy the clear dashboard and the statistics too.

Pros:

is free, is google - so can "speak" easily with any other product by google, and google

Cons:

don't have a real seo optimization tool in it, like keywords value or comparison, competitors statistics and similar options.

Comments: Overall, Google Analytics is seamlessly integrated with Google email and Google Search Console, offering convenient connectivity. The visual aids like charts and maps prove to be highly beneficial for data interpretation.The platform is not the most user-friendly, lacking in sufficient training materials like video tutorials. Additionally, specifying the time period for reports is somewhat inconvenient. Some reports can be challenging to comprehend, and there are occasional inaccuracies in the insights provided, such as attributing sessions to paid search when no corresponding campaign exists. But overall, i will continue to use.

Pros:

It is a google product so it is easily connected to google email, google search console and google ads. The charts and maps are very useful. The acquisition insights are very useful. The user behaviour is very useful.

Cons:

It is not easy to use. They don't provide enough training video for the product. You'll need to specify the time period for the report you want to view which is not convenient. The reports are sometimes difficult to understand. Occasionally, I've noticed inaccuracies in the insights provided by Google Analytics. For instance, a report might indicate that there were six sessions acquired from paid search, even though there hasn't been any ongoing or past campaign for this website.

Cons:

Comments: The best way to track your users from the website is Analytics from my point of view. Offers you all the needed info about it, from demographics to device used.

Pros:

When it comes to any website I own Google Analytics 360 are between the first things to implement. Analytics offers you all insights of the website related to users. Also you can track and get the results from ads campaigns with ease. Setting the code is easy and you don't really need any developer help to implement it.

Cons:

I would say is not the easiest app to navigate.

The overall experience with Google Analytics is very good. However, the main drawback I found in the interface is that everything is quite complicated to find as a new user. For instance, you have to edit every single metric and create a specific report template to compare or learn more about that metric. But with time, it becomes much easier to use.

Pros:

It offers Insights 360 extremely sophisticated tracking and analyzing capabilities, as the name implies. It is better suited for big websites with massive data volumes because of its significantly larger data restrictions provides excellent customizing options.

Cons:

For certain users, using GA360 can be challenging due to its requirement for more technical expertise in setup and operation compared to the standard GA version. Moreover, without consulting additional data sources, there's a risk of the data not being completely accurate, potentially leading to incorrect business decisions.
