One of the main positives of using doc360 is the incredible support and technical teams, they seem to always be available during work hours in the CET timezone and I regularly use the chat function to get immediate help. They always go the extra mile to find solutions to coding issues and every individual I've interacted with is friendly and helpful. I also like that I have the option to edit the code of an article if I can't achieve what I want to using the normal editor. > > **Cons**: The main issue I have with doc360 is sharing previews. I'd like a similar functionality to Figma, where I can share prototypes with colleagues that don't have Figma accounts. I often spend a lot of time removing and adding new team account users just so I can share a preview with a colleague on a particular project.
