> **Pros**: The evolving platform means that it keeps up with market trends. Good Support, which makes it easy to implement. Listen to the users - so we get relevant updates.

> **Pros**: I've never experienced any bugs while using it and have always found the user experience very smooth. One of the main positives of using doc360 is the incredible support and technical teams, they seem to always be available during work hours in the CET timezone and I regularly use the chat function to get immediate help. They always go the extra mile to find solutions to coding issues and every individual I've interacted with is friendly and helpful. I also like that I have the option to edit the code of an article if I can't achieve what I want to using the normal editor.

> **Cons**: The main issue I have with doc360 is sharing previews. I'd like a similar functionality to Figma, where I can share prototypes with colleagues that don't have Figma accounts. I often spend a lot of time removing and adding new team account users just so I can share a preview with a colleague on a particular project. Doc360 have now introduced a new review role but it comes at a cost, which isn't ideal, I think it should be a basic function available in any package, as receiving feedback from colleagues is an essential part of the content writing process.

> I've been using doc360 in my current workplace on an almost daily basis for 2 years and I have to say that it's an incredibly powerful platform which offers almost all the functionality we require to meet our needs for publishing a technical help center.

> **Pros**: The migration team has been very helpful, patient, and reactive to our needs.&#10;We've been walked through each step of the process and we were ready to launch on time.&#10;The Document360 tool itself is much better than the tool we had migrated from, and any ideas we've had have been fed back to the Product team.&#10;We can see that Product suggestions are actively monitored and considered.

There could have been more Product training provided.&#10;We have struggled to get the help we need from a Cookie compliance perspective. Cookies scanned by OneTrust do not match what Document360 state they provide - this is still being investigated.
