Forms generation is made only with Google Forms
Comments: Great and intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to create handy forms.
Pros:
Using Google Forms is of great use, from using it to create forms as per requirements to generating reports according to the results. Google Forms had already been a great help to me. I love the diverse options that Google Form offers.
Cons:
It does have some customizations, but it could be great if you provided more styling and fonts to create it more visually appealing.

Google Forms works for any business!
Comments: Google Forms makes working with people who cannot be in the same room easy and fast. We have to work quickly to grow business and Google Forms is instantaneous.
Pros:
Google Forms are easy to use and share. As a consultant, I use Google Forms with clients to make sharing information easier and updates quicker to review.
Cons:
There is not much not to like with Google Forms. I haven't found it to be a problem for anyone to use.
Decent application, however some limited functions
Comments: Overall a decent application, however I find there other other form companies on the market that offer better systems and form applications.
Pros:
I like the ease of use, very user friendly. Plus the forms are able to be used on virtually any device
Cons:
There are some conditions within the form that do not work (at least for me). And there are a few functions other form apps offer (ie. connecting with other apps for data entry).

Google forms Review - Benefits & Limitations
Comments: I admire the fact that I can customize my questions and have multiple team members collect data real-time but I think it will be more efficient being able to deploy forms remotely - especially to areas with limited internet connectivity. Its templates come in handy in gathering feedback and rolling out internal surveys.
Pros:
One feature I like most about using google forms is its seamless integration with Google Workspace and apps such as the google drive, calendar and sheets. This helps me stay organized!
Cons:
When rolling out large marketing surveys, I find using google forms limiting. For instance it currently lacks advanced options like in-depth branching logic, which in most cases I need for complex client and project surveys. Unlike other products such as ODK and Kobo survey tools, google forms is heavily dependent on internet access, making it difficult to deploy field surveys - which I need most times for field assignments. Think again if you need this tool for offline data collection!

Good for Simple Use Cases
Comments: For what it is, it works great and is reliable.
Pros:
That is is included with my Google subscription I already pay for
Cons:
Limited styling and customization and logic options.

Excellent form creation!
Comments: I've been using Google Forms from my college days up until now. It's super easy to work out as it's made very easy. You can manage individual responses, which is easy when working on specific areas of a project and if you needed to see answers as a whole, it's just as simple! The settings make it easy to ensure nothing is adjusted once a form is sent out too which is very important for the projects i pursue. I can't recommend it enough and will continue to advocate for it.
Pros:
It's very easy to use and similar to other paid alternatives. I utilise this web app to get customer feedback on projects as it's easy to manage the responses and easy to setup initially. My favourite area is the settings as you can set defaults for questions and adjust the style of the form.
Cons:
There's not much to complain about, it's free to use and very easy to manage.
Creating forms with Google Forms
Comments: I've been using Google Forms to create forms and share them with several people when looking for popular or social opinions.
Pros:
t integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace, allowing automatic data collection and analysis through Google Sheets. Its simplicity and accessibility make it ideal for both personal and professional use.
Cons:
It offers limited customization options for design and branding, which may not meet the needs of businesses seeking a polished appearance. Additionally, its advanced features are relatively basic compared to paid form builders, potentially limiting its use for more complex data collection needs.

Not a big fan of google forms
Comments: I am not a fan of google forms. Although I have to use it on occasion, there are other products I prefer to use.
Pros:
I like that I'm able to capture information from audience.
Cons:
It is always difficult to integrate from already created docs outside of the google drive database.
Auto savings of information
Comments: I have never found a drawbacks with Google forms.
Pros:
Google Forms is so amazing and incredible platform for creating surveys forms, planning forms and it's supported by Google cloud for proper data

Fast and reliable to collect opinions
Pros:
The fastest way to collect users' opinions. There are plenty of options to configure how the questions should apper and how answers can be sent. We particularly use multi select options so we can plot a bar chart after and easily insert it into our presentations.
Cons:
Either anonymous or with Google authentication, there is no easy options to use other authentication systems like Microsoft AD/Entra ID or a custom list of user credentials.

Use Plug-Ins + Branding to Elevate Your Forms!
Comments: We use Google Forms for all of our client intake, and for kickoff meeting preparation. It makes it easy for us to get to know our clients and capture all necessary information!
Pros:
Google Forms is a great platform for unlimited free forms. Recently, we have started applying branding to the forms (using brand fonts, graphics) which has helped elevate the experience. We also have started utilizing plug ins!
Cons:
The biggest con is that inside the platform it is not possible to automate form responses.

Google Forms-Basic & Needs to be Better
Comments: For me, Google Forms seems to be a tool that was put together for basic usage and left alone. Other forms that you have to pay for have an easier interface and allows for more integration with other tools.
Pros:
Google forms is great for a burgeoning business or for someone without much knowledge of basic design. You can use it quickly and without any additional cost. It is seamless with other Google Workplace tools.
Cons:
Google Forms are much too basic for businesses that require software integration. To actually use for specific use cases can prove difficult or impossible. Also, there are no visual aides that I could find they offer. It is more difficult to share than it needs to be, too.

Free, Easy to Use, Wildly Simple Compared to Competitors
Comments: Great! 10/10 recommend--especially when first getting started with forms.
Pros:
As the title says--free (included in Google Suite / Google Workspace), wildly easy to use, and much more user friendly than some of the more complicated survey, form, and questionnaire builders out there. If you're looking for a survey builder and publisher that you can pull together and share ASAP--this is the tool for you.
Cons:
N/A -- honestly, there is nothing we don't like about Google Forms. If you need incredibly complex form development and design--probably go elsewhere. That said, if the face of the form/survey can be relatively simple and the weight lies in the data collected and post-survey analysis, exporting and transferring to Google Sheets and then running Excel analysis will do you well. (For free.)

The ability to share and access documents is so simple and concise. You can also have real-time collaborations with others which can be great for teambuilding. Overall great program!

There are some limitations when it comes to Google Forms. For example, you cannot exceed 500 KB in text and the limit for image uploads is around 2MB. Other than that, though, there isn't really anything that would deter me from continuing to use this software.
