> **Pros**: The ease and confidence with which people have been able to learn and interact with Redzone and the difference it makes day to day for teams

> **Cons**: The slight gap (roughly 6 weeks) between initial training and Quality Compliance training I don't feel was necessary - the modules are so easy to learn I think everyone could have done it from the beginning
> 
> Very positive: so pleased with the level of training and attention from the Redzone team, and thrilled with how different the day to day is from an operational point of view- the ability to capture issues via video and picture and send them to the relevant support or even save them with a solution for future operators is a game changer.&#10;Love that feedback can be given straight away to recognise the team, makes everyone feel valued.

> **Cons**: Because we have different shift patterns and the software is flexible to use in different methods, we need to standardise the correct operating procedures and needs to get everyone aligned.

> Redozne helped us to understand the correct downtime reasons, the challenges that we have been facing daily, now it's being revealed and there's no hiding from it and we are able to resolve these problems&#10;&#10;The meeting structure is very helpful and actions get escalated to the correct department and problems gets addressed according.
