Comments: from the start of our search for a new cloud based system to now, I have been impressed with the hard work and dedication of the WHS Monitor team. from your sales teams to your customer service, technical staff and beyond, everyone is always happy to assist. Our experience has been very positive which is why we are now upgrading to use all the WHS modules.
Customer service is the best part of this software. Responses are immediate , employees take it upon themselves to not only answer any questions you have, but to help you understand the full capabilities of the system.
Nothing as of yet. We are now going from single module use to an enterprise agreement for the whole company, so ask me again in a few months :)

Incident reporting in real time, makes it easier for workers out on sites to instantly report incidents immediately without the hassle of coming into the office to complete paperwork.
When initially setting up we had some issues, but they were solved very quickly by the support team.
