JumpCloud is also one of the best dual operating systems MDM on the market. JumpCloud provides excellent value for money, customer support and integrations to third-party application. > > **Cons**: There is not much I can fault with JumpCloud. If I had to be picky I would say it does not have as much integration with Macs as Jamf or Kandji does or as much integration as Microsoft InTune does with Windows machines but it is rapidly expanding and adding more features on a regular basis. > > One of the most impressive things about JumpCloud is how they take customer feedback so seriously. I recently met the \[sensitive content hidden\] of JumpCloud, \[sensitive content hidden\] and he was very interested to understand some of the features we would want to see in future iterations of JumpCloud and he had his product team listen to these and include some of these in future builds.
