Comments: I had a great experience. Not only did AI Assist introduced me to me to Conversica but they already did all the work of customizing the conversations and use case specifically for my business. They are very knowledgeable in the Merchant Processing, Merchant Cash Advance and the Mortgage space all products we offer.

Pros: As a marketer I have always struggled with pushing my leads through the funnel. I would create leads from events or other marketing activities, but sales would only follow up with about a third at best. I did not know what I was doing wrong. The reality was that the volume was way too high and the nurture paths we had just were not enough to get a customer into a meeting. I started talking with Roman from AI Assist and thought this must be too good to be true. The problem was so severe that our team had to give it a try. After a few months of the Assistant we saw an increase in sales qualified leads and a pipeline increase of 40%. An unheard of increase. Over all, the tool is very helpful and easy to use. Integration takes about 2 weeks. I have already recommended to friends in the lending space the influence the tool can have. We were even able to use it to help with recruiting for our sales team.

Cons: I wish they already had Chat vs email and text at this point. But they are saying its coming. Can't happen quickly enough if you ask me.

Comments: My AI assistant is a great addition to my team! AI was something I always thought about as fiction, but now I am using it to help my loan officers. She personalizes the journey for my team when we do not have the time or bandwidth. Thank you team.

Pros: easy to use great results. Realistic response. Great conversions

Cons: wish the wish all my employees had her work ethic

Comments: They are very knowledgeable of the finance industry. Helped me with MCA and my friend without mortgage. Not sure what else they specialize in.

Pros: It allows you to engage with clients in a humanized fashion. They also know the MCA space inside and out.

Cons: I wish I could get all my employees acting the same as my Ai employee.

If you are in the mortgage business you will have an issue with your emails being blocked.

Pros: I would say that a pro is that it is automated. I love to stay ahead with technology and having a bot that sends out email in automation is awesome. Unfortunately this was a waste of money.

Cons: I was sold Conversica through AI Assist. I was concerned about my emails being delivered because I am in the Mortgage Business and thought that I would end up in spam filters. I was told because of the way they are sent, like every 30 seconds and with their technology it would not be treated as Spam. Team at AI Assist said to also set up a subdomain and that would mask the domain and increase the deliverability and not hurt my main Domain. After I signed a contract I was put over to team of which the first thing in training was to set up a Subdomain of which I had already completed. We tested about 100 leads most did not even make it to the spam filters they were completely held up by the mail servers. The team researched the issue and suggested that because I was using words like Mortgage it was being blocked. I had to dummy down my emails so bad that customers did not even know what my email/solutions were. I signed a contract of which I had the ability to Cancel with in 90 days but had to pay for the set up cost for 3 months.
