> **Pros**: Excellent Recruitment Platform which is constantly updated and improved. Always with the recruiter in mind, no hidden costs or extra plugins that need to be paid for. Robust support for Zapier which means you can build these amazing workflows. They also have a team that can help you develop custom workflows too, normally this would cost a lot of money getting developers involved. Very fast support and friendly people.

> **Cons**: Some small quality of life improvements are in the pipeline which will improve the platform when they are live. We are a visual industry so better support of landscape format resumes and portfolios would be useful.

> **Pros**: Great functionality at a really reasonable price. Also, there is a monthly rolling contract option which is refreshing when everyone else seems to want 12 months commitment. &#10;Since I've been with RecruitCRM, the development is huge and the new features just keep coming, they clearly have a drive for continuous improvement and it's needed in this era of AI. &#10;The customer support is also brilliant, queries are answered very efficiently and my account manager is always happy to jump on a call when needed. &#10;It's fast becoming a one stop shop reducing the need for a huge tech stack, now including multichannnel outreach, linkedin messaging integrations, phone calling, data enrichment etc.

> **Cons**: Honestly the only thing I would improve is the way in which you track opportunities under the "Deals" section. Firstly i don't usually call something a deal until it's closed, so the name is confusing to me. &#10;Also in this section you cannot separate contract vs permanent deals. I report on these differently. &#10;Due to these things, i haven't used this area much and still use a spreadsheet for tracking opportunities.

> **Pros**: The user interface - was clear and logical and easy to understand with categories and options intuitively laid out and options easily accessible.  &#10;&#10;The ability to customise each of the key categories - Companies, Contacts, Candidates, Jobs, Deals -- is helpful, as well as laying out the sections as one wants, plus the ability to hide/display system fields and custom fields as well.  Makes using the product all that much easier.  &#10;&#10;Additionally, the ability to connect the system with automation tools like Zapier or Integrately via the API has been a huge time saver, and this in addition to the in-house, Recruit CRM, lead integration and automation services.&#10;&#10;The workflow is good too, with a number of options to get candidates into and manage them through the system; with a good CV parsing tool, LinkedIn Chrome extension, plus a great resume formatter.  The Tasks and Meetings manager, and the associated carousel, is extremely helpful too for managing workload and flow.  There are additional built in tools available (sequences to automate communications for example/workflow), plus additional ones too but currently not using them so cannot provide more details.&#10;&#10;Lastly, communication from the team is regular with good information provided, the support is great, the team warm and friendly, and queries answered very quickly.  All this coupled with a clear plan to upgrade/improve the system with an ability to make suggestions.

> **Cons**: The reporting module -- currently it shows key information but the only issue is it's not entirely customizable, and one is "limited" to the options provided.  I understand this is being worked on/upgraded and I'm looking forward to be able to set up multiple, customised reports.
