I've never had a bad experience using Business Wire for press releases.
Pros:
Business Wire is a go-to for the non-profits I have worked with over the past 10 years. I can't recommend it highly enough for getting news out to the press.
Cons:
There is a bit of a learning curve to using Business Wire, but once you get the hang of it, you don't have to worry about problems or bugs. It is flawless in that regard.

Great product with great results
Comments: For a press release that needs to make an impact, Business Wire is a great option! The outreach is the best we've seen in our niche, although it is a lot pricier.
Pros:
The outreach potential is really good, much better than cheaper products. Customer service is amazing - very accommodating and helpful.
Cons:
It costs a lot of money to attach an image to your press release and is a lot more expensive than other products on the market. Interface is not so user friendly, but gets the job done.

Comments: We decided against the program and have since moved to a new one, that again we are trialing. Too much clutter and dysfunction from the system too regularly.
Pros:
There are needed tools, needed elements for sure. The platform handles large amounts of people well. Communication is eased through its application.

There are so many other programs that function more seamlessly than this, and also have more features.

Top tier wire distribution
Pros:
When it comes to wire distribution, Business Wire is the best option if agencies/clients can afford it. Widest distribution of all of the wire services, includes international, which is usually not included in PRWeb or PR Newswire.
Cons:
Business Wire is generally the most expensive option, and while it does get the most reach, it may not be worth the expense for smaller or mid-size companies who can distribute releases at a fraction of the cost on other wire services.

Easy to set up and distribute press releases targeted by area, demographic, or industry. Utilize images and other multimedia to ensure maximum impact
