I knew I was going to love the product, had no idea I'd love the support
Comments: Overall I haven't used it long but am very impressed.
Pros:
How easy it was to implement and how similar it was in set up to others I had used.
Cons:
I have some trouble with L2 verification but it really isn't a con because support helped me out, and it's great to know how secure they are.
Alternatives Considered:
Incredible customer support with comprehensive set of tools
Comments: Customer support has been exceptional, best we've ever encountered from a business like this. It has made the process of integrating services very smooth for us. Response is very fast and the support techs know their product well.
Pros:
What I like most about Telnyx is the range of tools it offers, all in one platform. They provide integrations of voice, messaging, and other services making the service versatile for our needs. Additionally, their user interface and usage analytics provide valuable insights and easy management for our team. The value for the money is a big plus.
Cons:
Lot of security and verification processes, but understandable as to why that needs to be done.
Awful customer service
Pros:
Their service and API design is well thought out.
Cons:
Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their [sensitive content hidden] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.
Great deployment and customer support
Comments: Overall I am quite satisfied that we have the technical features we need, they are easy to setup and I have had a few support queries which even for low priority issues were solved quickly.
Pros:
I have found the Telnyx suite to be easy to navigate, quicker to setup than other platforms and their customer support has been quick and responsive. Overall we are very happy (new) customers.
Cons:
Nothing, we have not run into issues. Overall it has been a smooth deployment.

AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO START
Comments: Everything is a learning experience but I find out that the support team is there to help fix the issue
Pros:
I do not have to go through the A2P process which can take a day and that holds up the projects .
Cons:
Sometimes there is to many questions is asked to get to a live agent .

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

Nothing, all ist very perfect and easy to use

Telnyx Suite one of the better communications packages.
Comments: It is a comprehensive service and everything is self configured.
Pros:
The system is self configured and does not have delays waiting for activation and configurations to be enabled.
Cons:
The Onfido identification plugin does not work with some android devices.
Great services and customer service
Comments: It's been satisfying and very game changing. I truly recommend it to any developer.

The ease of use, the platform that's very easy to understand and more developer friendly. And the great customer service, always available to help.

Telnyx, one platform for all telephony
Comments: This is the only platform I've used where I'm not left behind by support. Although they do not deal with the PBX itself, they make the trunking simple.
Pros:
Intuitive interface allows for easy configuration and deployment of new systems.
Cons:
There is little not to like, if i ever run into an issue, support is only a few minutes away via chat.
Telnyx > competition
Pros:
Telnyx covers all the possible scenarios you might have. It works like a charm and the support is actually good!
Cons:
Telnyx's own transcription engine doesn't cover the full capability like the Google transcription engine.
Easy Affordable and compatible
Pros:
Its easy to signup, setup and configure, someone with basic understanding of online portals can easily setup and use the service.
Cons:
The porting process took longer and a few attempts before it was resolved with the help of support.
Great VOIP Services
Pros:
Very easy to setup, port numbers into the service and API is excellent.
Cons:
The service has been so easy to use I really haven't had any problems with it.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

[sensitive content hidden] helped me understand that I was missing a link while setting up my messaging profile :) He was a HUGE help, because I'm not at ALL a tech kind of person - I can't wait to have my Podcast and Audio shows up and running

great customer support team we had a problem in linking our site with telnyx we called customer support to help us they were so fast in replying. helped us and now every thing is working fine.

I can't pay with PayPal anymore .. i think it's a bad move from them to not allowing to pay with PayPal
