"Lemlist makes cold emailing into a personal and fluid experience"

Comments: I have been able to save time on my cold email outreach because of the streamlined process that Lemlist offers. It does everything needed for cold emails, and doesn't try to be everything to everyone. Instead of finding a "jack of all trades" tool, Lemlist has been my "Master of cold email" tool.

Pros: I love the simplicity. The "dashboard" is broken down into sections, and each section isn't littered with menus and filters. It's just organized easy from the beginning so the need for the extra complexities is eliminated. That doesn't mean Lemlist is basic in functionality. It just means they have thought it through so you don't have to "figure out" how to use it. The support has also been very responsive, and features have been added regularly since I have been using Lemlist. You can tell that Lemlist is a love for them, which is awesome. I love that you can personalize your emails, and they even let you personalize meme images to include. Though this isn't a feature I'll be using much, it's a great new way of interacting with certain types of contacts. And it adds some personality to cold emails, which are usually, well, pretty cold feeling. Ultimately, Lemlist simplifies and personalizes the cold email process, and doesn't bog you down with the process. It's the easiest cold email outreach tool I've seen, and while it doesn't have every feature in the book, it benefits from having the specifically targeted and streamlined features it does contain.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to connect to an SMTP server instead of just Gmail, but with Gmail aliases, I can use any email I want. So I can get around it. But would love to see direct support for SMTP My only wish would be that I wish there were more options for sending followup drip emails. Right now, you can choose a time period to lapse between emails, and you can select whether to end a campaign if somebody clicks. But I would like the ability to send a different email if they click on a link, and a different email if they do nothing. So some branching would be good to see. Or only end a campaign if they click a specific link, or visit a specific page on my site, etc. But other than that, Lemlist does exactly what it is supposed to.

"Great tool for lead gen"

Comments: Love this tool. I've been generating a consistent number of new leads every week since switching to Lemlist.

Pros: Easy to use and the customizable images are amazing.

Cons: The A/B Testing feature is a little confusing

"Nothing short of AMAZING!"

Comments: Simplistic and easy bulk email automation for my outreach and sales campaigns

Pros: Constantly trying to improve the software base on customer feedback! They also have helped with thinking "outside the box" on grabbing the attention of people you email with their image templates. Competes with some of the other top email automation and outreach software and I am certain they will be a staple in the industry before too long. Genuinely want to make their product one of the best and don't mind you reaching out to them on their social profiles. What companies want to connect and build lifelong relationships with you on a personal level? So glad I had the opportunity to have Lemlist a part of my marketing and email strategy. Definitely give them a try even if you are using something else at the moment. You just may find you love what they have to offer!

Cons: I do not have much bad to say about Lemlist. For a software that is new in the space, they are on track to produce something truely amazing. There are features I could use that are not available as of yet like being able to schedule time blocks when emails can go out. For example, the software sends out emails from 6a-9a and then again at 6p-9p instead of having one huge time block but I am sure something will be in the works before too long.

"Great tool for cold emailing and sequence emails"

Pros: It's very simple to use. It has an easily understandable UI. You can add dynamic text to any images that give you an opportunity to use personalised images.

Cons: You have one unsubscribe list for all your campaigns. It would be nice to have unsubscribe list for every campaign besides the global one.
If you use an automation tool and the tool adds a contact, you can't change the contact's email address. You have to delete the contact and add it manually.

"Brilliant outreach tool"

Comments: I've been very impressed with Lemlist and the team behind it. It's an excellent tool that just keeps getting better and better.

Pros: - The personalisation - this is one of the standout features of Lemlist and dramatically increases response rates
- The ease of use. Super simple to get set up and running, and monitor everything
- Very active community
- Lots of development of the product
- Great support

Cons: Not much really. I would prefer more direct integrations. But Zapier fills this gap for the moment.

"I have only tried it a few times"

Comments: None yet.

Pros: I've bought it almost exclusively because of its option to send each recipient image with different text over it.

Cons: Currently I am using gmass.co (integrates with gmail and sends emails with custom variables from google sheets file) and SEO PowerTools LinkAssistant (sends emails with custom variables from its outreach table) for outreach. I have also used ARP reach and some other software packages extensively in the last few years, so I would say that I am proficient in outreach.
In order to use Lemlist more I need to see three things:
- ability to use my own SMPT server
- editable table with contacts (name, email, other custom variables I might need) which is easy to use (something like a google sheets. It doesn't have to have many options, just editing fields in the table would do). This is needed so that I can easily see list of recipients and add/edit/delete them as necessary
- ability for Lemlist to warn me if I am sending an email to a a contact which I already contacted with the same email template There are more, I am following your Trello feature request board. All in all, you are on the good path and I am excited about new options. All the Best,

"Lemlist is amazing!"

Comments: This solves the business problem of getting open rates and click rates from your emails.
It gives you the ability to present personlized multi media content to your clients.

Pros: Lemlist is a super product. It lets people create customized emails and send to their lists.
It is outbound marketing at its finest. It has a great user interface and the "killer app" part is the images that are customizable for my clients.
It changes the game as far as open rates and click rates!

Cons: The changed the name of "Contacts" to "Buddy-to-Be".
While I appreciate the sentiment...it makes the user interface a little more confusing.

"Awesome email marketing tool"

Comments: Lemlist is getting better with each new update. It's a powerful tool that makes it easy to stay in front of your prospects.

Pros: Lemlist makes it easy to do split-testing. We also use Lemwarm to quickly and easily send engaging emails and videos to our prospects. The tool is very user friendly and their customer service is quick.

Cons: Lemlist is an outstanding email marketing tool. I can't think of any cons I've experienced with it. I plan to keep using it!

"Lemlist team keeps improving the features"

Comments: Follow-ups are a breeze with Lemlist. As a volunteer co-founder of a not for profit. I don't have time nor money for fancy things that add complexity without any returns.
Lemlist is value for money because it saves time creating a follow for people that did not respond the first time.

Pros: If you can send an email, you can use Lemlist. There are no complicated options or fancy things that you don't need.

Cons: Love everything about Lemlist, including the extremely responsive customer service, and user interface.

This software really tracks your email campaigns.

Cons: Really - come on there is no cons unless you want to say it cant be this good for this price. This software will become the leading email marketing platform

Pros: I love their approach to everything - their customer service. Their user interface and willingness to listen to customer and constantly make improvements! I am so happy to make the investment to buy access during the AppSumo launch way back

"lemlist makes cold emailing a breeze"

Comments: I use lemlist weekly to do outreach on behalf of a few clients and get amazing response rates. Custom subject lines, body copy, and (most unique/important feature) custom images for each email make for very high response rates. I usually get next to zero response with cold emails, but I easily see 30%+ response rates with lemlist campaigns.

Pros: lemlist makes it easy to send customized emails that get more opens and responses than traditional email.

Cons: Im not a huge fan of how some of the features were moved around and redesigned, but it's a small complaint and overall the software is extremely solid.

"Really good, I've used a few autoresponder and cold email outreaches in the past..."

Comments: Good return on my sales!

Pros: Really slick looking, good knowledge base, easy to create and customise lists. Support is helpful and proactive - do try to get you to the best solution. The lists are easy to curate, everything laid out well.

Cons: Definitely new software, there are a few minor things such as a lack of obvious way to stop emails when you first send them. They also could show the emails in the sidebar once they've been sent, that way you can see what custom images have been sent without going through Gmail.

"Great Outreach Tool with personalisation features"

Comments: Email Outreach at Cheaper Price

Pros: The interface is quite intuitive. You first create certain image personalization, email templates and then uploading your email lists via csv and finally creating outreaching campaigns to target your audience.
The thing i like about it that it gives option to check how your email will be delivered by sending test email or even preview the email you are sending.
You then even have to validate your sending also and here you get chance to check if the individual mails you are sending is relevant or not.
It scores a great alternative to Mailshake and Woodpecker as it has more personalization features built in.
Recently they added custom alias also

Cons: Only Gmail is supported as of now. I would have requested integration with Amazon SES or other SMTP providers.

"Awesome, inexpensive way to send automated, personalized e-mails to potential clients."

Comments: Automated emails and tracking, whereas I was just using GMail + canned replies before.

Pros: I love the price and feature set -- have been looking for an e-mail automation software for a long time, and this does everything I need it to do. E-mail templates/campaigns, automated follow-ups, the ability to send at different times (for different time zones), and an easy-to-follow dashboard to see how well it's all working out. I haven't made use of the personalized graphic feature yet, but see how that can be useful for some industries.

Cons: There are a few features I'm waiting for, but according to the team it's all on the future roadmap, so all I need to do is wait (and hope that they stick to their word on what features will be forthcoming)... Other than that, not much!

Pros: Easy to use. No pain in making this work with all our other tools. Has everything I imagined for a tool as this.

"Lemlist is downright awesome"

Pros: I bought Lemlist on Appsumo and have been using it non stop! This powerful tool makes email outreach much easier. It allows me to personalize my emails (add peope's names automatically to a meme, how amazing is that?), automate follow-up and track all my email campaigns. It literally has saved me so much time and money (bye Mailchimp). Sure I could hire someone to do this for me, but not for what I've paid for Lemlist! I think the future for Lemlist is super bright and I can't wait to see what comes next!

Cons: You can't really mass email with Lemlist because Gmail has sending limits. Image builder also needs a snap grid (please please make this happen). I'd love to have more font choices and color for memes - I want them to be prettier.

Pros: I really like to use personalized images. I also find very their automated warming-up.

Cons: I find it pricey compared to similar tools.

"Solved all our cold emailing problems"

Pros: The ability to send customizable images to people at ease. You can easily send Coupon codes in cold email so that you can convert more. Plus adding the Obama mic drop image has been great for us.

Cons: No proper analytics. The mail delivery failure is counted as a reply, which disturbs the whole analytics. Also, not account level analytics present.

Pros: Besides doing it's job really well, it keeps on improving.

Cons: Some of the things I had issues with, like rearranging follow ups, have already been tackled!

Comments: I am generating new business because of the purchase. By far my favorite software. No joke...

Pros: Ease of use and the ability to have multiple accounts which means I can run different campaigns. I believe that feature alone is awesome.

Cons: It is still early in the development. I also would like more control over settings like when email get sent out.

"Easy-to-use cold email outreach tool"

Comments: So far, so good. Lemlist does the job pretty well and it's UI is simply fantastic. Plus, there's plenty of support to help you use it.

Pros: Lemlist is a great cold email outreach tool. You can easily set up campaigns and keep track of how people interact with your email. These turn into "budies-to-be", as they call them, which is an interesting way of showing you different opportunities. Moreover, you can set up A/B testing, which for many people is great.
I haven't used it as a cold email outreach tool, but as a newsletter service, for my students, and it's working just fine too. With the very first email I sent them, I got around 12 new reviews on Google Maps, which is awesome. Plus now I can reach out to those who didn't leave a review. So it's great. :-)

Cons: The only thing I'm missing is being able to visually see the sequence of emails my contacts would be receiving. It would be cool to set up different paths according to how they interact with an email. I believe this can be done, but I'm not sure exactly how.

Pros: Following up and sequences. Makes it easy to batch cold emails. The interface is very simple to use and intuitive!

Cons: I'd like to see a feature that allows me to send just one email using a sequence without having to create an entire campaign. This would help for the one off emails I send daily but need to check back in.
