user friendly with usable function and support.
Pros:
being a user friendly software with lots of potentials, by far better than 2d cad drawings. in our industry, this is by far the cheapest and most adjustable software for us (due to its module options).
Cons:
its interface being a 2d cad software. the least i like about this software would be its minimum file type supports. also, being not certified Open BIM. the rest is good.

Pros:
A CAD based BIM makes it most easy to understand and implement in the business. Very easy to learn. Most effective 3d tools and excellent in designing.
Cons:
It does not have a HVAC application in it. This need to be added for a better future prospect.

Simple and Easy UI, Quick Learning Curve, Different Modules as per our requirements.Price Points is attractive comparing to the alternatives.
Cons:
Arcadia currently needs to ramp up various User Groups and User forums so as to we could share our ideas, pipleines etc.
Arcadia as a software is a good BIM assist Software which has helped us immensely in our production.

Less Resources and Materials available, Lack of training resources and self learning videos so beginers to start with.
Its a new product in Asia and we dont have much to compare it to...yet..

This is an all in 0ne product that has huge potential... I have discussed this product with a number of architects and the general feeling is this is a good software.
Cons:
the software needs to be more widespread with buy in from all parties to reach its full potential.. in malaysia there is not so much use of these software products and if all parties are not involved then the full use is not there
