"Reliable and no downtime"

Pros: Accessing my money for direct payments and withdrawal has never been easier, there are no long queues in the banking halls

Cons: None. I have never experienced any problem with this software. It i evident that the creator put in alot of precious time to come up with it

"FIS Mobile Banking"

Pros: It was easy to use and felt secure. We knew that our customers data was protected when using it. Walking customers through it was a simple process over the phone; even for those not familiar with mobile banking in general.

Cons: Nothing about the software but any upgrades that were wanted took a long time (which is probably fairly common!)
