> **Pros**: Easy to use tool for booking travel.  The email alerts during a trip have sometimes alerted me to a delay before the airline notifies me.

> **Cons**: It would be helpful if we are able to enter our own corporate codes for hotel bookings as sometimes a customer provides one and the rate would be cheaper than what you can find in Egencia.
> 
> One of the better travel booking tools.  The interface is intuitive and the email alerts have been very helpful.

> **Pros**: The feature that I enjoy the most about Egencia is the large inventory to choose from when booking business travel. My travel can take me to bespoke locations and I never have an issue finding what I need to get to and from any destination.

> **Cons**: The aspect that I like the least from my experience with Egencia is the Customer Support. On several occasions when my co-workers and I have had delays or cancelations, we've been met with a cumbersome process and at times disengaged customer support representatives.

> Overall it's been a positive experience when utilizing Egencia for my travel needs. The large inventory and smart technology allow me to find what I need quickly and with little need to search beyond the 1st page.
