The reports are well presented and there are many ways to order a reports presentation. It is very turnkey and the learning curve for most of it was minimal for this product. > > **Cons**: What I like least about this product is that those few times when clients' payments don't go through (their bank rejected it or for some reason on the clients's end something prevented their payment completion of the process.) When that happens, it is a monster finding out which client's payment didn't go through - there is simply an obscure "Alert" stating that "a payment" did not go through, but it doesn't tell accounting WHICH client\! When we call support, they are always also confused as to WHY QuickBooks is not specific.
