About QuickBooks Money
Cloud-based mobile payment processing solution that lets businesses manage transactions, generate invoices and more.
Highly used program by many businesses so it’s easy to use and pretty self explanatory.
Can get a little confusing on which parts are flight taxable and non-taxable.

Outstanding Rates
Comments: The rate is worth it alone. But I would appreciate a bit more user friendly interface.
Pros:
The rate Quickbooks offers is the best around. I pay the little extra to get the rate. Its fairly easy to use the product and convenient to use my phone.
Cons:
The bluetooth card reader disconnects after a few minutes and takes a bit more to get reconnected first. That's hard for intermittent sales.

Convenient for instant access to funds
Pros:
I like that it comes with a card and instant access to your funds after receiving a payment and that it allows echeck payments.
Cons:
They are so touchy with their security and fraud system and freeze your account for review and is a lengthy process to get it unfrozen.
Great system
Comments: It's super easy to navigate and work. Gets the job done
Pros:
Very easy to get payroll completed and accurate
Cons:
Not really any dislikes reguarding the system
Alternatives Considered:
Buyer Beware
Comments: Bad. Exceptionally inadequate customer service. 6 months 12+ calls... no resolution and every time I'm reassured that the funds will be deposited in 2-4 days. And every time we're told there is a new hoop to jump through.
Pros:
Doesn't matter if the funds never reach your account.
Cons:
Bad customer service... Mixed messages, no accountability.
Alternatives Considered:
quick books does it again
Comments: stress free, its not only a pos but its a legitimate checking account as well.
Pros:
seamless integration with the existing QuickBooks products that i already use.
Cons:
if the payments processed faster that would be perfect.
Great way to stay organized!
Pros:
What I enjoy most about QuickBooks payments the organization and layout of the site. It keeps track of every invoice if I send it over to the QuickBooks website. It also helps me keep track of how much and who still owes a payment and by how many days a payment is overdue.
Cons:
What I like least about QuickBooks payments is that sometimes when I do submit a payment it does not register on QuickBooks and I have to manually enter the payment as received.
Must have for EVERY business owners!!
Comments: Great experience! every business owner should definitely check it and give it a try!
Pros:
The platform made everything easy to understand and where everything is located
Cons:
I can sincerely say that I have not yet found something i dont like about this platform
Quickbooks Money makes me money!
Comments: It's a necessary tool operating my small business. I was able to put my earning into "envelopes "that accrue interest which was a big plus!
Pros:
I appreciate that I am able to receive payments from my clients without having to transfer my earnings to a separate account. I also like that their monthly fee is zero dollars.
Cons:
Their customer support is only limited to weekdays. I operate a mobile notary business seven days a week, and If I need assistance during the weekend, that isn't an option.
Easy to use
Comments: Easiness to use and to navigate in the system
Pros:
Able to use anywhere in the world. I like how it was self explaining step by step.
Cons:
I liked all. There is really nothing I didn't like.
Easy to use as a payor
Comments: Multiple vendors that I need to pay utilize QB Money.
Pros:
As a pastor, it was very easy to use and ensure prompt payment of invoices
Cons:
I have only used QB Money as a payor, so I don’t have any negative opinions.
Good gauge on tracking finances
Comments: Overall experience was good still beneficial to me and my business as far as keeping records.
Pros:
I was able to input info and link accounts easily.
Cons:
Gps tracking wasn't as accurate doesn't get pinpoint mileage
SEND AND TRACK
Pros:
Payments are automatically matched up with the correct invoice. Smaller customers pay sooner with the ability of a click on the invoice to pay right away vs. writing a check and mailing it out.
Cons:
The fee charged to process the Credit Card transactions on top of what we pay for QuickBooks.
Works well
Comments: It's a really easy to use way to charge my clients and it interfaces nicely with my Quickbooks
Pros:
I have found this software easy to use. Customers like the interface though it keeps changing. The changes The changes tell me they are constantly trying to improve their product
Cons:
As a service provider I don't like that I cannot set the tips where I would like them to be. They are preset and there's nothing I can do about it. Even clients have commented that I should change it but I can't.

I'm delighted to read the product is working so well for you, Nishawne. Though you can add tips to transactions (community.intuit.com/articles/1599562), we love hearing from you guys about how we can improve. As you mentioned, the engineers work tirelessly to ensure our products provide the best value on the market. Part of that means listening very carefully to what our customers have to say, as any changes you may have noticed are a direct effect of your feedback. You know better than anyone what would best fit Forma Beautique's needs, so I'll gladly forward your ideas to the Development Team directly. Implementing a preset gratuity is a brilliant idea, and I thank you for sharing it. Moving forward, you can stay up-to-date on all new and exciting changes at the QuickBooks Blog, here: https://intuit.me/2L2zqTv. I appreciate you for leaving this GoPayment review, by the way. Thanks for being the best part of QuickBooks, and have a great weekend. Jess, The QuickBooks Team
Payment holds
Comments: Sucks
Pros:
At this point this software doesn't work
Cons:
Payment holds on Echeck. Waiting on check to hit my bank for 2 weeks. Still has not been released as of me writing review. Very hard to get support when called about money

Quickbook Payments Fraud
Comments: The worst customer service period.
Pros:
Billing and payment receipt can be fast but Quickbooks also determines legitmacy of bills and is currently withholding $16k for funds it received from a client that it won't return to the sender nor will they deposit it the company that invoiced account.
Cons:
How can a company decide after a payment has been made that the company invoicing does not have a right to do so. Quickbooks keeps the $16k in funds that was paid. The instructions provided by Quickbooks is the sender has to file paperwork to retrieve the funds while it sits on QB's bank account. The sale is lost. The client relationship Is severed. QB has the power to do this? Is this legal?
Quickbooks Easy-to-use Accounting Softwaree
Comments: Satisfied for my small business
Pros:
That it's good for small businesses and therefore inexpensive
Cons:
That number of users are limited In case I'm not available
Convenient for someone that's always on the move rendering services.
Pros:
Very easy-to-use credit card payment app. I like that it syncs with with your existing QuickBooks account. Made journaling easier.
Cons:
The inability to deliver invoices in conjunction with the payment being made. Customer service wasn't too great.
Decent software
Comments: Because of my issues with the card reader, I don’t use QB go payment as much as I used to. But I still have to offer it to my customers who only use cards.
Pros:
I like the software for this program. The online program is easy to navigate and easy to find what I’m looking for ex: totals, fees etc..
Cons:
My app often fails or kicks me out and I have to log back in (annoying). My card scanner never works correctly. I have to swipe the card 3x, hop on 1 foot then slide the card for it to work! Ridiculous and time consuming

Great company helping smaller companies grow..
Pros:
It's super convenient this company charges low interest rates make smaller companies grow faster. I appreciate your customer service . Very polite people and always available to help me with anything I have concerns with.
GoPayment the software that you should get for your transactions
Comments: GoPayment is suitable for all business, the small ones, medium, and the big ones will be well served with this software
Pros:
This software is super easy to use and also user friendly. GoPayment can be intergrated with other software thus giving it an added advantage over other payment software
Cons:
The customer support needs some improvement because this is the major problem with this software. I have no other problem with GoPayment
Good credit card processing
Pros:
Works well for credit card payments. It has some nice features like putting a hold on a card. Reasonable fees for processing.
Cons:
I wish the hold on the credit card could be for a longer duration. Sometimes it is a bit clunky to figure out how to release or apply a hold.

Well hello again, Andrew. Once more, thanks so much for leaving your observations, and I'll gladly provide some more information about how holds work. While the amount of time an authorization stays on your customer's card is dependent upon their financial institution, most fall off on their own (typically within 7-10 business days). This means you'll need to reauthorize after seven days to ensure the money is still available in the customer's bank. After authorizing the funds in the Merchant Service Center, you can capture them. You can do this from Processing Tools > Capture Authorized Funds, and a capture is the point at which the funding process begins. While I have you here, I'll link you to this overview article on this topic: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1600562-process-and-capture-a-voice-authorization. I hope this helps! More seamless to transition data to Quickbooks
Pros:
I love that it makes the importing of data from GoPayment to Quickbooks online seamless. We have liked it and used it now for several years after we had used Square Payments for 3-4 years.
Cons:
Cost is fair, would like to pay less but we've typically used it now that the process is so seamless to import GoPayment data into Quickbooks online.
Great super simple design
Pros:
I love this software! It was extremely intuitive to set up and it makes accepting payment a breeze!
Cons:
I wish you could attach the payment to an invoice from the mobile app instead of going through the regular quickbooks.
Easy to Use and Integrates Perfectly into QuickBooks
Pros:
Simple to setup and process payments. The integration into QuickBooks is seamless.
Cons:
The processing cost is a little high but I think it's worth the convenience especially since I don't use it every day.
Jeremy's Review
Comments: I am able to track expenses vs. income and track my NOI each month and/or year.
Pros:
It is very easy to keep track of my tenants paying rents, my expenses, and my net operating income monthly and/or year.
Cons:
It's a little expensive and I wish I could keep track of my money in other accounts, not just this one.
