I love all of the updates and developments, the use of AI and automations across the tool is making task management and in general project management so much easier and more efficient. > > **Cons**: I did find the reporting functionality slightly clunky, but it is improving and the AI report feature is really helping with that. For us the CRM and Deals functionality was also not quite enough for us to use it, but a lot of improvements have been made and we are currently in the process of moving our spreadsheets over to Productive for this. > > I enjoy using Productive, especially trying to build out processes that use it to its full potential. We have the opportunity to make it our single source of truth, and I believe it has the capability to do that.
