The app allows us to make calls outside of the office but whilst still using the office phone number, which is useful as many customers know our number and also protects staff from giving away their own personal numbers if they have to make calls outside of the office. The customer service team have generally been responsive when required. > > **Cons**: The app doesn't allow you to stay logged in, but stop receiving calls.
