Simplifying human resource management

Comments: My experience has been very positive. From the first moment I started using the platform, I realized how easy it was to use and how intuitive its interface was.

Pros:

What I liked the most is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the very first moment I started using the platform, I was able to navigate smoothly and perform all HR tasks efficiently. I also love how it simplifies each stage of the employee life cycle. From recruiting and onboarding to time tracking and free time management, this tool has you covered.

Cons:

One aspect that I think could be improved is the integration with other tools and systems. While it does offer some integrations with third-party software, I wish there were more options available. This would further facilitate the management of human resources and the synchronization of data between different platforms.

More time to focus on other tasks

Comments: Reduces paperwork and has a dedicated support experts and consultancy. There is data security and reliability.

Pros:

I have experienced high time saving routine through automation. On top of being easy to use, Factorial has all HR tools required to build an intuitive HR process. Shift management is a desirable feature which helps us in scheduling effortlessly. Integration is impressive too.

Cons:

None in my experience. All my expectations were well catered for and I look forward to more achievements.

started so well before going downhill very fast

Comments: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

Pros:

They have changed the pricing on us 4 times increasing each time and now and want us to now double AGAIN

I didn't encounter any significant flaws with Factorial; it worked smoothly for my needs.

The signing functionality is very manual. This section could be automated a little.

A Promising HR Software

Comments: There are a lot of features that make HR tasks easier, especially when it comes to time tracking and free time management. However, by my high standards, there is always room for improvement.

Pros:

Its design is intuitive, its user interface is modern and invites navigation. The time tracking feature is particularly useful and efficient. Employee onboarding is pretty good too, handling everything in a systematic and organized way. I particularly appreciate the free time management option, it's a much-needed resource.

Cons:

There is room for improvements. I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust. It would benefit from more customizable options to target different competencies and grading methods. I have also noticed that sometimes integration with other systems can be a bit challenging.

Very Easy to use and quite acurate

Comments: It was easy for even the most technologically challenged.

Pros:

It is so easy to use. Even when an employee forgets to clock in and out, it is one login and a quick fix.

Cons:

Getting to some of the employee information is kind of like looking for an Easter egg. Once, located it is easy to go back to though.

Overall Good

Pros:

It looked and felt good overall. The user experience was ok and things were easy to find.

Cons:

I really dislike the holiday view, specially in big companies. I much prefer BambooHR's calendar view with people's names on it.

Excellent Software

Comments: I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.

Pros:

All in one HR software, covering everything we need to manage our HR process. Easy time clock and time tracking, PTO, evaluation performance, documents, and digital signature.

Cons:

It's easy to use and intuitive. Had to contact support to integrate with other APIs, but they were really helpful.

Must have for the mid size company

User-friendly HR software

Pros:

I like Factorial as it's a very simple and intuitive software. From the employee perspective, I think it's pretty valuable because all the documents are arranged in an orderly manner, and it's possible to upload files both from laptop and mobile devices. The dashboard gathers all the relevant information in one place so it's super easy to stay up to date with the events of the company.

Cons:

I haven't tried yet the integration with LinkedIn because Factorial is currently working to release an update, and I am really curious to examine this aspect (as a marketing executive, it's important to me that I can link the two platforms in order to enhance employee engagement)

Organising and bringing team together!

Comments: Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector!

Pros:

What I like most about Factorial is obviously how user friendly it is for our employees, our team managers and ourselves as administrators. This is not only useful for organising fair time off for holidays but it also allows team members to check in on who and when fellow colleagues are here - therefore helping them plan projects etc. The social side: making visible different events on the dashboard such as team outings, birthdays, events etc..

Cons:

How we currently are using Factorial, all the features are apt for us.

Definitely a good tool for upcoming businesses

Pros:

Support team, easy to use... I think FactorialHR hasn't thousands of functionalities, but those that are included just do the job. Price per user and functionality is definitely a great value.

Cons:

It lacks some automation flows but since they implemented integration with Zapier it's almost solved.

Good HR software for small companies

Pros:

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Cons:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.

Good software to track working hours in company

Pros:

Its simple and user-friendly UI is its USP. Also, it has a good leave tracking system.

Cons:

Initially, this software didn't allow adding 2.5 days of leave into employees' accounts. But later they fixed it.

In this software I really appreciated its simplicity and its pleasant and aesthetic design it is easy to use and to administer

The customer service is not professional otherwise at the level of the software itself there is no problem

Comments: After more than 2 years of experience with Factorial, I can say that it is totally positive.
The team has been always available and the product development has been incredible.
Product recommended for SMEs to facilitate employee cycle experience with a very good UX for both employees and Admin.

Pros:

Continuous improving with new features since day one Account manager dedicated and able to provide support effectively Competitive pricing for an HRIS

Cons:

Leak of integration with Payroll providers (Zucchetti in Italy) that does not provide a full simplification on this stream Roadmap at the very beginning was defined by the company and client requests are difficult to be prioritize Customization based on country specificities are a plus but something difficult to standardize from a multi-country management point of view (i.e. all elements should be aggregate reporting)

Overall, great new product

Comments: Overall we had a positive experience. The team enjoyed being able to see their PTO in real time, request time off directly in the app and see their schedules. Our hospital is a very large hospital and we do have pay differentials for our evening shifts after a certain time frame- which was the only thing we could not work out with Factorial overall. For a facility that is less complex in it's scheduling and wage tables than ours- this would not be an issue.

Pros:

Customer service team was top notch. They were willing to try to work with every single one of our hospital's needs and were accessible pretty much at anytime.

Cons:

We hit a huge road block trying to come up with a way to add our evening pay differentials into the payroll software.

Save more quality time and manly efforts

Comments: Provides actionable insights facilitating effective decision making. Gives employees more control over their information, performance analytics and learning management saving time and boosting accountability.

Pros:

There is clarity in performances analysis through the digitized system offers from Factorial. Has highly integrative features for running business smoothly and professionally. It is a huge step forward towards digitization of HR tasks to achieve organized culture and high productivity to an organization.

Cons:

I did not like the customer support especially during implementation. Integration was not easy too.

There is no other option besides Factorial!

I absolutely love all of the options Factorial has. Excel has nothing on Factorial! Factorial can do it all!

Not finding out about Factorial sooner! I would have made the switch earlier!
