"Excellent project management service"

Pros: The service has a wide range of tools. All tasks can be assigned the time and name of the project. After the implementation of the plan, I compare the planned and elapsed time, I derive statistics on which it is understood, where I have flaws, and where I recycle. For anyone who is viewing projects not in the office, there is a mobile application.

Cons: You can not connect to the tasks of other employees. They can view documents, but cannot make changes. This is 100% needed to be improved and another search function added.

"It's the best choice for tracking my unit's sales performance"

Pros: 1. The ability to track lead activities and performance of my unit.
2. I could set user roles that gives me control the information that I can share to each user.
3. Knowledgebase is already incorporated
4. Very responsive customer support
5. There are a lot more features to maximize

Cons: Mindmap can still be improved, though it's very minor for my use-case.

"Flowlu is a time saver"

Comments: Before Flowlu, I need to use several software to handle specific task. For instance, I use one software to create invoice, another software for CRM, and other software for client portal. Using Flowlu, it is all there.

Pros: Flowlu is an All-in-one Business Management Software I can use to handle my clients.
The CRM is very good. Project management module is advanced. I didn't realize that the invoicing module is also very good until I use it. For instance I can not delete an invoice if it related to a transaction. I use the white label solution and install it on my domain. This way my client won't know that I am using Flowlu. And one more. I use Xmind to create mindmap for my clients. I can upload my mindmap to Flowlu, and give the access to my client. This is something that is very rare. Flowlu said that it is not yet compatible with the newest Xmind, but I still tried it, and it just works :) Summary: using Flowlu, I can manage my business from 1 platform, and that is huge a time saver.

Cons: The minus side: It gives you many customization options that can be overwhelming if you never use an all-in-one software before.

"Flowlu: Come For the CRM Stay For The Rest"

Comments: When you first open the software you are presented with an excellent Onboarding feature that will get you up and running very quickly. I recommending going through it. For us, the CRM functionality was key so I focused on that. Within minutes I had created a number of custom fields and had some contacts entered. The feature list is huge and it took some time to figure out exactly what we needed and what we didn't. I was easily able to turn off the Apps we won't be using and it helped clear up some of the confusion.

Pros: The absolutely best feature of this software is just how customizable it is. You can turn sections on or off as you like. The ability to add custom fields to the Contacts is a killer feature of the program!

Cons: Well...there is so much in the software it is really easy to become overwhelmed. Most things are turned on by default and it is easy to get lost in the features. My suggestion would be to start using a couple of core Apps and turn on new ones as you become familiar with the ones you are using.

"Flowlu Helps Business Processes Flow Smoothly!"

Comments: Project and task management are a couple of biggest problems I am solving with Flowlu. It has Kanban feature and Opportunities stages with funnels.

Pros: The UI has a modern look and feel. It's easy to navigate different areas, mainly using a menu on a left bar area with sub-menus fold and unfold when clicked. Support is super fast with in-app chat & email options: their knowledge base and help articles are beneficial. The best parts of Flowlu are its Kanban, Gantt Charts, and project and task workflow automation.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike, but I would caution people that it can be overwhelming as it has a ton of features. So, one should take one step at a time when setting it all up for their business rather than trying to do everything very quickly. Leave the features and options that you don't need, at least when you start using Flowlu for the first time.

"Complete Project Management Solution for SMB"

Pros: Finally, I found a complete project management solution with CRM Features. I was checked a lot of CRM systems but that was not included complete PM. In the end, Flowlu gives that solution what I need for my small organization. I love this UI design & user-friendly interface.

Cons: Applications Loading Time Seems Slow for me.

"Great work!"

Comments: Over the past 25 years, our company has been involved with many solutions for collaboration with internal departments and external staff. Many open-source products had very interesting and far-reaching functions, but many Kanban-based systems or agile project software as well as extensive CRM solutions required following too rigid specifications or too extensive pre-planning. Even with fee-based solutions, it was always annoying that semi-automated workflows had to be used and very often important interfaces were missing for us. Flowlu convinced my team immediately and forms more than 95% of the web-based programming we had started ourselves, so we put this development on hold and even after a few weeks of use we feel very comfortable with both the intuitive nature and the permanent further development. The many, individual processes that Flowlu makes possible and the openness to integration with other tools is really very well realised and also convinces in the clear GUI. Time recording, quotation generation, cash flows and much more are well thought out. We decided to book a larger package than we actually need, not only because of the future expectation, but also out of appreciation for the previous work of the development team.

Comments: flowlu has greatly helped our company achieve our goal with ease of use, lightweight system and easy navigation. Usability is a strong point

Cons: Do not have our Portuguese language and payment method of Brazil

"Gets out our small IT team"

Pros: Negligible and intuitive interface without overloaded functional. There is a module agile. Passed to it with a paid and complex jira, the functionality is quite sufficient for our needs and easily configured. Quickly log tasks in the backlog, sprints are created, the pages do not hang. There is a sorting of tasks by folders using the drag & drop method. Convenient filters on several parameters, which helps to find the right task when there are several hundred of them.

Cons: No auto-link category to the tasks, when you create it in a folder, you have to assign it manually. If you forgot, look for it at the end of the list. There are subtasks, but there is no check-list.

"Switching Was the Best Decision Ever!"

Pros: From the moment I purchased this software, I have been very happy that I did so. Having used Zoho and Bitrix24 this is a welcome change. The ability to automate the sales process based on milestones is fantastic! I’m exploring the lists feature more and I love what it can do. The knowledge base will allow me to store my operations manual/SOP in the same place where my employees will be doing the bulk of their work. Flowlu does what I need now and what I will need in the future. The support team is super responsive. I’m super excited to see how the software will mature.

Cons: Honestly, I don't have any cons. It has had the same stability as all of the other big software companies. Support is super responsive and they value and listen to customer suggestions. I'm happy

"Application that has a lot to offer"

Comments: Overall, the application has a lot to offer, and I believe it will be valuable in the long run. Initially, I was concerned with receiving recurring invoices, estimating, project management, and figuring out how to get customers to pay by the invoice. I've tried many paid and refunded apps, but I think I've found one that I'll be able to use in the future. The project management and finance all in one place handling capability of Flowlu - in addition to "record list" is such a helpful and life saving feature. It's not available in any of the other products I've tried.

Pros: the speed and its wonderful features which covering all aspects of our. business.

Cons: few improvement is needed in term of list exports esp in "record list", ability to print

"Easy to use all in one solution."

Comments: Finally, a CRM system that is above and beyond my expectations. Really simple to use and setup.
I have tested numerous open source and paid solutions. The main problem is that most of them require an admin with developer background for the initial setup and customisations. Flowlu just simply works without any installation needed. All the customisations are done with a very user-friendly menu. On-boarding with To-Do’s is a really good idea 😊 Flowlu unites a long list of applications needed to run a business or simply manage tasks, leads, opportunities and for sure your teamwork. Our financial workflow is at the moment covered by other application. But with Flowlu’s export option we can simply import the exported CSV in our software.
I really love the ability to add email accounts and roles for my team, which allows to manage their signatures and automatically distribute incoming leads among my teammates. Flowlu's recent feature allowed us to set our own domain, which is a really nice to have option, especially for the upcoming customer portal.

"Excellent PM tool"

Pros: At the end of the day, Flowlu is a great project management tool that is worth using. The team at Flowlu has gone out of its way to make this app as comprehensive and powerful as possible. They’ve also been smart about how they market their product by not holding back and giving full access to what they offer for free. Their pricing structure is easy to understand and people can see where they are expected to be spending their money. It is clear that there are no strings attached to this system and people will be able to use it at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed or lost in a sea of features that are hard for them to come by when needed the most. An awesome platform for managing work. I love how simple it is to use and how much easier it makes planning and tracking our tasks. This is an exhaustive and beneficial project management tool. You can also get support from them whenever you need it.

Cons: It has too many features and could do with a more modern UI/UX - it feels a little bit dated compared to modern tools.

"Truly an all-in-one platform"

Comments: Customer service has been really great, and I like the onboarding experience and how easy things are to use.

Pros: It replaces many different apps and tools all in the same place. Previously I was juggling Gmail, Trello, Asana, Invoicing directly through Paypal (previously using Dubsado), and missing out on a helpdesk and knowledge base which would have cut down on admin time. Flowlu includes all of this.

Cons: There are some features still in development like the client portal, contract signatures, and some integrations but they're on the roadmap. These aren't deal breakers and I'm okay with waiting for them.

"Thumbs up"

Pros: Recipe: Robuste collaboration and communications infrastructure A LA stay responsive to clients’ needs AVEC colleague productivity. Everybody wants to make and try this sauce. Nothing can be wrong with smooth operations, nice mix of successful members (wherever they happen to be working), and precious key component customers.
As usual, different results with different cooks and executions. I’m not going to provide negative or positive conclusions here, always very subjective and depends on your taste. But let me encourage you to try FLOWLU kitchen. This scholarly staff has interesting selection of ingredients, tools, seasonings, which should be enough to create your own chef d'oeuvre. And don’t hesitate to ask their time-saving cooking tips. Bon appétit,

"Converted me to the all-in-one concept"

Pros: I am typically a fan of specialised tools for each important function in a company. Project management, CRM, email enquiries, invoicing, each with its own tool. The reason for this is that most attempts I've seen at doing everything end up in a mess in terms of UI and UX and force you to give up some of the depth of functionality in each area. Seeing the swath of positive reviews for Flowlu convinced me to give it a go. And now I'm a convert. There is just enough depth in every area Flowlu covers to satisfy most scenarios at least for my business model (small digital marketing agency). There is comprehensive CRM and leads generation, tied up to a build in email client, two types of project management build in (standard and agile), time tracking, budgeting and invoicing, documents and a knowledge base and project based team chat.

Cons: Because of the depth of functionality, although page layouts are clear and important info is easy to find, sometimes that comes at the expense of a few extra clicks to get to the minute details, but that's something I can live with. And it sure beats the hell out of switching between 3 or 4 separate platforms to get the job done. And on the topic of complexity, you can easily switch off functionality you don't need from the settings and enhance functionality of those area you do need through custom fields, automations, workflows etc.

"Very Powerful All-In-On CRM and Project Management App"

Comments: Overall my experience has been great and I was pleasantly surprised by how well built this tool is. I've tried a lot of CRMs and PMs and I dropped them all for Flowlu.

Pros: I love having the ability to get a full snapshot of my business from within a single app. I used to bounce around a CRM, PM, and accounting app which was a bit of a pain. This required Zapier automation in order to move data from one app to another. Now I can just use Flowlu's built-in automation sequences to seamlessly move clients from CRM to projects. I also love the Project Workflows option. This allows me to templatize my projects in an easy to view way that I've never seen in other PM tools.

Cons: Not really a dislike, just waiting on more features like the client portal. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team work hard and deliver pretty fast so I'm not too worried about it. Everything that we ask has either been implemented or put on the to-do list.

"I am excited to see the future Roadmap come to life."

Comments: There is so much to love about what Flowlu has to offer and what potential it has. Having both a CRM, accounting and project management tool in the one place is business changing. Unfortunately I can't jump ship from Dubsado until project based contracts are introduced, but looking forward to the day this is implemented as it is on the Roadmap. Being a creative business, I rely on lot's of forms and client input and contracts are essential.

Pros: CRM, Bookeeping, Kanban, Project Management

Cons: No client portal yet - but is in the Roadmap
No client forms - capturing custom form data stored at project level (and customer level) would be ideal.
No contract administration - once contracts are introduced I am ready to move over.

"Promising & Customizable Project Management Tool"

Pros: A nice and promising all-in-one solution. I have tried various alternatives, but they are quite pricey when it comes to managing a team of 5 -10 people. With Flowlu you can actually do quite a lot on the free plan, which I did, and then switch to the paid plan, while the price is quite attractive. The roadmap looks solid and promising and the team behind Flowlu regularly rolls out new features. What I really like about the Flowlu team is that they hear and listen to their customer and take down the important feedback and improve bugs and add new functions as per user request. The support team is also quick and helpful. I was surprised to find a mindmap solution in it too. I have not tried all features yet, but what I have used so far is enough for my use case (digital marketing).

Cons: What I still don’t like about Flowlu is that they provide so many customization features that it is sometimes hard to follow and understand what and how should be ticked or unticked to use. It would be nice to have templates suitable for most industries (marketing, IT, Real Estate, etc.) so one could just choose the template and customize it to their needs. Another vital feature that I find unacceptable is that my assigned admins can see the CRM contacts, financial data and other data related to all organizations managed in Flowlu. Other PM tools allow complete isolations. I would really love to see each of my companies connected to Flowlu isolated completely, as it is a matter of security. Additionally, it would be great to have email sync reduced to 1 minute for all plans not just for the highest plan. Another important feature that still misses is the webforms that we can embed into websites. It would be nice to have a webform that is customizable taking into account various use cases. The client portal is also not there yet, but the team promised to add it soon. Subtasks are implemented in a strange manner and not tied to the main task, which should be changed.

"Fast, Feature Packed, Priced Right"

Comments: Easy to use. Has a mobile app. Keeps getting better.

Pros: Flowlu peaked my interest when I saw how many different features they were able to incorporate into their system. Once I started using it I was surprised at how everything was pretty fast and cohesive. This will be a great tool for my agency and fits a lot of needs that other systems don’t.

Cons: Looking forward to the automatic recurring payments for invoices feature that’s supposed to come out in the future. It’s the only thing really missing for me at this point.

"Excellent for small and medium sized companies"

Pros: It has 95% of the most needed business apps required to digitize a company fully. And the 5% that's missing it's already on the roadmap and being developed!

Cons: No localization for Spanish and no direct integration for slack.

"An Overall Excellent Product"

Comments: We are very pleased with Flowlu and like it so well we decided to shift everything to the Flowlu platform.

Pros: Flowlu is one of those products that delights with every click on a new feature. I generally don't trust apps that try to be all things, but Flowlu is well designed with business needs and the end user in mind. I can honestly say I read every comparison I could find because making a change is a very big deal. The race was tight and what helped me to make up my mind was Flowlu is relatively new while the other SaaS were much more mature, yet it was a near photo-finish between the youngster and the old boys. Thus, Flowlu will only get better with time and I for one and glad I am an early adopter!

Cons: I'd like to see the MindMap built out more.

"By Far One Of The Best Project/Business Management Software"

Comments: I run an Agency and I have personally used countless project/business management software. Some of them are good and some not so good. I was searching for a good and feature rich software. I found quite a few but almost all fo them were missing the mark. Something or the other was missing. Fortunately, I finally found a good software with plethora of features. And with a trust that they will further improve it in the coming years.

Pros: > Super featured CRM. You won't really find this good CRM in all-in-one software.
> Amazing automation features to make your life easier.
> Kanban boards and project management better and more robust than Trello.
> Time tracking.
> Knowledge base.
> Team management and Chat (This was missing in bloo).
> Plethora of features to customise as per your company's unique requirements.
> Good future vision.

Cons: It's already a great software that is far better than most.
> In order to compete with Zoho One, Zoho Workplace & Bitrix24, they have to add quite a few major feature release.
> Feature that are missing: Website development, Email Marketing, Full featured HR management and hiring processes, Full business email suite like Zoho Email & Gsuite. But again this is my list of desires in order to get away from bigger project management and business management companies. Overall I love Flowlu and its a steal deal. Do not miss out on this if you need any project/team management software for your company. Buy confidently.

"A decent option for agile all-in-one project management."

Comments: We run several projects for multiple clients in different industries (LMS set-ups, business strategy direction, events management etc.), and thus have processes that don't always translate between these customers.
Flowlu has been a boon by providing a single point of reference for all the projects and timelines, where we can store, invoice and manage all the projects.

Pros: There are lots of functions that speak to product and project development,
The onboarding module is excellent (and provides a great experience while helping to figure out the relevant settings),
Calendar sharing is great (if you use Google Calendar),
The e-mail linking is helpful (especially for CRM and invoicing).
Kanban overview and functions are a gem.

Cons: There are a few unintuitive processes, such as timeline management, workspaces aren't immediately obvious (remember, projects go in workspaces).
Free account is actually only a 2 week trial (not obvious during signup).
Calendar only integrates with Google Calendar.
Only 1 user can be assigned to a specific task.
No guest additions with limited visibility to CRM.
