> **Pros**: I really like how simple NinjaOne is to use. The interface is clean, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The automation is a big time-saver — patching, scripts, and software installs just run smoothly in the background. I also appreciate how stable the remote access is, and their support team is genuinely helpful when you need them.

> **Cons**: The reporting side could be better. I wish there were more options to customize reports, especially for clients who want something branded or a bit more detailed. The mobile app works, but it’s definitely not as full-featured as the desktop version.

> Overall, NinjaOne has been a really solid RMM tool. It saves a lot of time on day-to-day tasks and makes it easy to keep everything updated and healthy. It feels reliable, and it’s taken a lot of stress out of managing multiple systems.

> **Pros**: NinjaOne is a great tool that I use daily in IT in order to screen monitor, deploy software updates and the latest patches to wallboards within the business, as well as giving me the ability to remote reboot the wallboards in the event they aren't working / need a restart for update purposes.

> **Cons**: The thing I like the least about NinjaOne is the limited reporting customisation within NinjaOne, and there is quite a steep learning curve to fully understand the user interface as it is quite complex. This isn't a big issue as once you learn the user interface you appreciate the benefits NinjaOne brings.

> I have loved my time using NinjaOne, NinjaOne has provided a remote solution I can use to monitor the health of our wallboards, deploy mandatory software updates to wallboards in different buildings at the push of a button, and allows me to troubleshoot issues with our wallboards remotely.&#10;&#10;NinjaOne has finally made me feel in control when it comes to monitoring and troubleshooting wallboards, it is a great product I highly recommend.
